Cozy and bright apartment rented to referenced vacationers and business travelers, on the second floor with lift, in a completely renovated and furnished late 19th century building. A large and bright double bedroom with a small balcony and two bedrooms with two equally large and bright single beds (one of them with a balcony); two bathrooms with windows both, spacious and with box and walk-in shower; kitchen and dining room. Equipped with all comforts: bed and bath linens, dishes and kitchen utensils, washing machine, clothesline, umbrella for the beach, city and Sardinia guides in Italian, English and French. The apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday without giving up on the opportunities that the wonderful city of Cagliari offers.

This was a perfect place to get our bearings when we arrived for the first time in Cagliari. The location is amazing, and the place is everything we needed with comfortable beds, great communication from the host, and near some fantastic shops and restaurants, as well as easy access to the train to get to and from the airport.

This was a wonderful apartment located in the historic center. We walked everywhere. The host Consuelo was so helpful with everything from where to park to where to est to how to work the stove. Would highly recommend this for your stay in Caglieri.

Lovely city break in a beautiful country

The apartment was perfect,very cozy and homely. It was right near all the bars and restaurants of the city and had every thing you needed for a great stay. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, recommending some lovely places to visit and some fantastic restaurants to eat at. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again if i was to return to Cagliari.

Was comfortable, just the dinning and living room were combined, it's was a little tight. Location was great, not far from shopping and restaurants. Were able to walk to the marina. Consuela and her husband were very friendly and available to help us. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a first trip to Cagliari

This apartment was a lovely find for our first visit to Cagliari! It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to see. The place was larger than it looked in the pictures, and really comfortable. There were so many great restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed hanging out at the cafes in Piazza Yenne after shopping in the nearby stores. Consuelo was a wonderful host and was really helpful in making our stay comfortable. We will stay here again when we return!

Old Town at itā€™s best!

This Apartment is short blocks from the beautiful Sardinian Sea, outdoor patios and restaurants as well as shopping. Vehicles are prohibited in the narrow cobblestone streets of ā€˜old townā€™ creating a wonderful atmosphere of care free wandering for everyone. The apartment is modern and provides all you will need for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely great!

This apartment has almost everything you could wish for. It was clean and fresh, large and with a lovely ceiling height. The only thing we missed was a patio or balcony to sit on, but we knew that on the other hand. The host was absolutely fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. Can warmly recommend

Excellent spacious apartment close to everything in Cagliari

Clean and spacious flat with all the amenities you would require for a city stay. The host was very responsive to messages and welcoming on check in with clear instructions and very helpful with additional advice and recommendations. Location is good as can walk to all of the city and very close to train station for getting to the airport. Highly recommended.

Very spacious three bedroom two bath apartment with a small living room and kitchen. Very well stocked with everything you need. The location was very close to being able to walk to the central areas. Amazingly quiet! Overall a great place in a wonderful location. The owner was very easy to contact and very nice. if I come back to Sardinia, I would book this place in a heartbeat!

Super handy location and great hosts

This is a very good size flat near train station, cruise port and all places in central Cagliari . We booked at the last minute and Consuelo and her husband were very helpful in checking us in early and securing parking in nearby street. There are places to eat and shop adjacent plus local buses to beaches . Itā€™s a short drive to airport if you leave early as we did. We used washing machine and it had outdoor drying space plus two bathrooms which are handy for family groups . It was mostly our kind hosts which make the difference and helped us enjoy our stay .

Spacious, well equipped apartment. Very central

This beautiful apartment was perfect for our stay in Cagliari. We traveled with our daughters (18 and 20yrs). Two bathrooms were ideal for us. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Even if the apartment is in the city center there was no noise at all. Close to everything, 5 mins walk to the train/ bus station, shopping and an abundance of restaurants. We will come back.

Quality never gets old, A must place to stay in Cagliari.

This charming spacious historical apartment is centrally located one block short walking distance from P.zza Yenne and Largo Carlo Felice.The apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a well stocked kitchen plus an efficent wash machine.The location is excellent with numerious number of restaurants and shops near buy.Recommend parking your car and take the city green bus tour.Very informative! Special recognition to the lovely couple /owners who greeted us, checked us in ( after a long wait as we got lost) answered all our questions ,recommended great restaurants near by and assisted us with our taxi transfer to the airport.If we could we would give this location a 12 out of 10.loved our stay in Cagliari made extra special as a result of our dwelling and its location.

Fantastic stay in Sardegna

What an absolutely dreamy place. The accommodations were wonderful everything is amazing. Two bathrooms with teens is a big plus. The hosts Carlo and Consuelo were kind and informative saved us a parking spot right in front of house . Plenty to do just walking around, but driving to the beaches was just incredible. We will be back when itā€™s warmer but not too crowded . Wish it was just a little warmer but beyond that superb. This is the place to stay with your family on this magical island! Family Vacation

My wife and I, along with my parents took a short trip to Cagliari. It was exactly as advertised. Consuelo and her husband met us at the apartment, even though it was very late at night due to a long airline delay. They showed us around and made sure that we knew everything to make our stay comfortable. The amenities were absolutely perfect. The beds were quite comfortable. Everything in terms of restaurants and supermarkets were a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Poetto beach, one of the best beaches anywhere, was a 10 minute bus ride away. I will be returning annually and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our friendly host and hostess greeted us at the apartment and kindly let us in. They recommended their favorite eateries and had a guide book for touring Sardinia on the kitchen table. Everything was perfect. There is a lift to take you to the second floor if you are carrying luggage. Beds are comfortable and there is an air conditioner in each bedroom. There are too many restaurants to choose from with just a short walk up the street. One of our favorites was Buffhouse Wine Therapy with excellent pasta and seafood. The baked goat cheese was dreamy. Parking is difficult after the evening restaurants open at 7:30pm. Watch where you are parking as most spaces require payment. Parking tickets are $30 euros.

Ideal City centre apartment

Although we arrived very late in the evening from the airport, Consuelo and Carlo very kindly waited for us at the apartment to give us the warmest of welcomes, which we greatly appreciated. Despite the late hour, they took the time to show us around the apartment, explained how everything worked (including the TV and internet) and also gave us some information on the local sights. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay in Cagliari. The central location was excellent for exploring the City, a few steps away from Piazza Yenne for relaxing lunches in the sun. A little further away on foot we explored the picturesque Castello area, the Cathedral and San Benedetto Market where we bought excellent food to cook back at the apartment one evening. The beautiful beach at Poetto is an easy 15 minute bus ride away from the bus station (adjacent to train station - 10 mins walk from the apartment) and is well worth a visit. We would not hesitate to book the apartment again for a return trip to Cagliari.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super gelegen. Wir wurden herzlich durch Consuelo und ihren Mann in Empfang genommen und sogar ein Parkplatz wurde fĆ¼r uns freigehalten. Der einzig negative Punkt ist die Parkplatzsituation. Da wir jemanden dabei hatten, welcher sehr schlecht zu Fuss ist, waren wir auf ein Auto angewiesen. Aber einen Parkplatz zu finden, stellte sich als die grƶsste Herausforderung des Urlaubs dar. Wir wĆ¼rden wiederkommen, allerdings keinesfalls mit einem Auto.

Mitten drin in Cagliari!

War perfekt fĆ¼r drei Tage Cagliari, es hƤtten gerne sein dĆ¼rfen. Consuelo und Carlo sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Die Lage mitten in/an der Altstadt, 3 Minuten zum Einkaufen, 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof,15 Minuten mit dem Zug nach ELMAS, und mit etwas GlĆ¼ck einen Parkplatz direkt vor der HaustĆ¼r. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend, wobei wir den grĆ¶ĆŸten Teil der Sachen gar nicht benƶtigten, da wir (3 Ƥltere Jungs) den ganzen Tag unterwegs, und abends in zwei (Lillicu und Trattoria di Serafino, beide ungefƤhr dasselbe Angebot) der vielen nahegelegenen Restaurants waren. Auf den Matzatzen der groƟen Betten schlƤft es sich sehr gut. Gerne komme ich wieder, und bringe meine Freunde mit.
