A Super modern design house – Villa Sorriso (SMILING HOUSE) in walking distance to the beach. It has 5 bedrooms, each designed for maximum privacy. The concept of PRIVACY has been a main theme when the villa was designed, EACH bedroom has its own entrance and therefore perfect for several families and/or group of friends. The kitchen, living room is directly connected to the outdoor areas, with big sliding glass doors, which slides into the walls, creating a directly flow between in and out.

Our Management team will welcome you at the house and give you all the necessary explanations. They will be your interface during your stay at our house and will help and support you in all kind of needs.

Villa Sorriso is located ca. 200 metres from the water - Plaka Beach - one of the best beaches on Naxos. Sandy and very long!!! There are other similar smaller versions of Villa Sorriso in the area. Those villas are connected, while Sorriso is by itself. It is very private and secluded, even though nearby the beach. FLIP FLOP distance (less than 200 m) to the famous beach of Plaka

The Villa sleeps 12 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 14 people, if we use guest beds. Villa Sorriso has a large and beautiful private garden where you can park your car, enjoy the nature and relax. The EXCEPTIONAL OUTDOOR AREA, is very well equipped with big dining table in the shade, outdoor kitchen, a big pool and a JACUZZI. Among the 5 bedrooms there is: One bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 people), interconnected with this is a bathroom and another bedroom (queen bed), next to these two bedroom, another bedroom with queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. These rooms are in the so called guest house with the jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen right outside the door.
The main house is composes as follows: On the main floor a kitchen, living room and half bath. On the lower floor a nice big bedroom with bath and access to garden. On the 1st floor a bedroom with bath with sea view. All to ensure maximum privacy for each component of your group.

DURING OFF SEASON (November to April) heated jacuzzi is optional for a daily fee

Under the pergola there is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fridges, sink with warm/cold water and a huge dining table for comfortable outdoor living.

Family Vacation

This is a stunning villa that housed our entire extended family for a dream vacation! It is beautiful, clean, has a fabulous swimming pool and gave us private evenings by the pool or at the beach! We were beyond pleased with the property manager and the comfort of this villa! We highly recommend this villa on Naxos!

Wonderful experience! Easily accommodated 14 people. Beach was a few steps away but pool at the house was constantly used by the kids. Would absolutely recommend and return!

Amazing stay

Villa Sorriso was the perfect spot for our family of 8 adults and 5 kids. The kids bedroom with bunk beds is very conveniently located with the parents room. Each room fells secluded and well connect through the exterior, which is very hard to achieve. The only down side, is the slippery material around the pool which becomes very dangerous specially four younger kids.apsrt from that small detail, it’s an amazing house to know and explore Naxos.

Amazing stay in Naxos

Our large group had an amazing stay in the Naxos villa. The house is new, modern, large, clean and provide ample privacy and also space to sit together. The beautiful beach is down the driveway, 3 minute walk. We got to see sea turtles in the water and had the best time. Thank you Matthaios for being an amazing host! We loved every moment in your villa and Naxos.

Birthday Celebration

The house is lovely and had some great features. Being able to walk to the beach was a huge benefit. The pool was also a lovely addition for our stay. The house is new to VRBO so I think they are working through some logistics. The kitchen has minimal supplies for cooking but we made it work. Large groups will need to eat outside no inside dining table but the outdoor space is lovely. Towels will need to be replenished daily due to shower design and with no dryer it was a bit hectic to get our clothes dried in a timely manner. You definitely need a car due to location, it was about 15-20 minutes outside of town and taxis can be costly. Overall a great time just a few improvements will make this rental amazing

One of a kind!

We really enjoyed our stay in Naxos! The property was very clean and accommodated 12 adults. You can’t beat the views plus the outdoor area and proximity to the beach. One night for dinner, we had a chef (Dolly) come to the house and prepare dinner! Overall, fantastic experience in Naxos! The house is a little far from grocery or stores so we stopped at the grocery store on the way from the ferry port to the house for items for the house. The property manager was very helpful and attentive to anything we needed or had questions on.

Excellent séjour

Magnifique villa. Elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. La vue est splendide. A 2 min à pied d'une des plus belles plages de l'île. Une piscine à débordement et un jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
