A Super modern design house – Villa Sorriso (SMILING HOUSE) in walking distance to the beach. It has 5 bedrooms, each designed for maximum privacy. The concept of PRIVACY has been a main theme when the villa was designed, EACH bedroom has its own entrance and therefore perfect for several families and/or group of friends. The kitchen, living room is directly connected to the outdoor areas, with big sliding glass doors, which slides into the walls, creating a directly flow between in and out.

Our Management team will welcome you at the house and give you all the necessary explanations. They will be your interface during your stay at our house and will help and support you in all kind of needs.

Villa Sorriso is located ca. 200 metres from the water - Plaka Beach - one of the best beaches on Naxos. Sandy and very long!!! There are other similar smaller versions of Villa Sorriso in the area. Those villas are connected, while Sorriso is by itself. It is very private and secluded, even though nearby the beach. FLIP FLOP distance (less than 200 m) to the famous beach of Plaka.
The area called Mikri Vigla is close by (a 15 min. walk), where there are a little supermarket and 4-5 restaurants.

The Villa sleeps 14 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 16 people, if we use guest beds. Villa Sorriso has a large and beautiful private garden where you can park your car, enjoy the nature and relax. The EXCEPTIONAL OUTDOOR AREA, is very well equipped with big dining table in the shade, outdoor kitchen, a big pool and a JACUZZI. Among the 5 bedrooms there is: One bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 people), interconnected with this is a bathroom and another bedroom (queen bed), next to these two bedroom, another bedroom with queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. These rooms are in the so called guest house with the jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen right outside the door.
The main house is composed as follows: On the main floor a kitchen, living room and half bath. On the lower floor a nice big bedroom with a king bed and a bunk bed (for 2 persons) with bathroom and access to garden. On the 1st floor a bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom with sea view. All to ensure maximum privacy for each component of your group.

DURING OFF SEASON (November to Marchl) heated jacuzzi is optional for a daily fee

Under the pergola there is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fridges, sink with warm/cold water and a huge dining table for comfortable outdoor living.
