Great location

Great location close to Hyde Park and Victoria Station. We were a party of 15 and maxed out this place. Unless you have small children I do not think this place could accommodate more than 15.

Awesome location

This property is in an amazing location. We had a large group and although this is advertised as sleeping 24 people, if you have unrelated couples that don’t want to sleep in the same room, it’s probably more realistic to sleep 14 adults and some kids. The host was amazingly responsive and this location simply cannot be beat. The closest tube station is Hyde Park Corner on the Piccadilly line. Victoria station also close.

Complete Deceit.

We do not believe that the Belgravia house exists. It is advertised as a lure to those who book it and at the last minute we were dumped into an atrocious house in Piccadilly. We will be compiling a detailed report on the many faults with that house which was completely unsuitable for a family including children and elderly adults. The behaviour of your host in London was disgraceful. After some initial platitudes they completely ignored us and our request for assistance to move out of that horrible house. We feel utterly let down by Stayz and VRBO and feel strongly that we are due some compensation for not being provided with what we paid a lot of money for. We urge you to investigate your host set up in London because it looks like it is operating a very deceitful practice. We could never recommend Stayz or VRBO to anyone considering booking a property through them in London.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

We booked this Belgravia house in April for a November trip. One hour before we were to check in with 16 people we were told that the house was damaged and not available. They moved us to a horrid house in Covent Gardens. We were told it would be temporary and would move to our original rental the next day which never happened. The rental they moved us to was 30-45 minutes away from our original rental which we had booked due to convenience to places we planned on visiting. It was 2 bedrooms and 1 bath smaller than what we had booked and in terrible condition. Only 2 of the 4 bathrooms had working showers. The kitchen wasn't useable. There was no room for our family to gather or eat meals. Several of the rooms were so small you could only open the doors partially. The carpet was ragged and soiled. The washer and dryer didn't work. We have traveled all over the world and have never stayed in a rental this terrible. They promised they would give us a substantial refund and it is now two weeks later and they have not followed through. They asked us how much they would have to pay us to give them a five star review. Please do not support these unethical people.
