Spacious and modern 2BED apartment with huge terrace and private plunge pool situated in residential complex Cala Serena that offers luxurious amenities onsite: lovely outdoor swimming pool area with jacuzzi and chill out zone, meeting room, SPA center with indoor pool (not heated), sauna, fitness center and free WiFi zone around the pool area.
Perfect location adds the value to this holiday home! The apartment located within 10 minutes walk to charming La Cala town with many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Golden beaches of La Cala ranked as the best beaches in the area with lovely long board walk for gentle stroll and few beach restaurants along the way. Big Supermarket ALDI, few nice bars and La Noria golf club just across the road. As well as street markets every Wednesday and Saturday. No car is needed.
Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and access to fantastic and very sunny terrace with private plunge pool ( not heated), comfortable outdoor furniture and couple of sunbeds. The terrace orientated to South/West and you can sunbath all day long and meet the sunset with glass of wine contemplating beautiful views.
Two bedrooms sharing one shower room. High-speed Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning throughout, Smart TV, soundbar with Bluetooth. Private parking in the garage with lift.
