Luogo di natura, silenzio, pace e relax, fanno compagnia i suoni di ruscelli e cascate nascosti nei boschi di faggi e pinete. Ideale per il riposo ma anche per facili passeggiate nei boschi ed escursioni impegnative fino al Monte Gorzano 2.458 m e numerose altre vette oltre i 2.000 m. Padula è un piccolo borgo dove ancora si respira atmosfera d'altri tempi, la strada finisce e rimane solo la natura. Qui il tempo si è fermato e si vive ancora in modo genuino, a stretto contatto con la natura, non ci sono negozi ma ci sono tanti orti.
La casa dispone oltre che di tre camere, una cucina, di un salone con camino, di un ampio locale per gli eventi e i workshop, grande patio, giardino privato e area barbecue coperta. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito davanti la casa.
