4 Bedroom country cottage in the middle of a small village next to Kettering. The house also boasts 2 separate reception rooms and 2 parking spaces. The house is beautifully decorated and simple and relaxing. One of the reception rooms is a conservatory. There is also a small patio, garden and a shed. Perfect for families and corporate lets. We also offer discounts on any long term booking for corporate or workmen, so please send us an enquiry and we can advise further.
Cute upmarket village. Close to Kettering (2 mins), Corby (10 mins) and Wellingborough (10 mins). Wicksteed Park (3/4 mins). Train lines to London - 1 hour away.
Lovely old church.
Kettering train station is 1 mile away.
Bus in village - bus stop 5 mins walk away.
Tea & coffee provided.
Back garden isn't enclosed on either side so children may not be safe and there can be no pets. To the left is other neighbours. To the right is the private lane and cars may be going up it. There is a gate and fence. This is unlocked at the moment.
Access to rear parking would need to be slow as they need to enter a tight tunnel to access it.
Access to parking is shared space.

Late check out can be booked until 1.30pm (£35) or until 8.30pm (£70). Please let us know asap so we have time to re-organise cleaners and consider the next guests.
