Spectacular villa with private pool in a quiet urbanization of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It has three double bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning, TV in all rooms and large SMART TV in the living room, two bathrooms, high-speed WIFI, private pool with the possibility of heating (€20 extra per day), solarium terrace area and barbecue.



A few minutes walk from the house is the promenade and the Rubicón Marina of Playa Blanca, supermarkets and restaurants. It is also possible to walk from the house to the famous beaches of Papagayo (approximately 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car).

Nice villa

Lovely Villa, we took our wheelchair bound mum but didnt realise we could not be able to park our hire car directly outside the villa. The car park is only a short walk but is stightly uphill so bit of a struggle with the chair and shopping. But i never asked about parking so cant blame anyone. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Spacious and clean. There was no mid change of sheets or towels and we stayed for 2 weeks so this would have been welcomed. I ended up washing the towels mtlyself using the washing machine in the villa. Good value for money.

Fabulous location but Villa needs maintenance work.

The check-in was very easy as Paula had advised. The Villa is in a great location, very quite, close to mini Supermarket, a few restaurants and bars and only a 15-20 minute walk along to the Marine with a variety of restaurants and shops. The Villa itself was disappointing, it really needs updating with a good clean, paint and general maintenance.The outside furniture sofa was tatty and cushions were very dirty. The sunbeds were old, frames need cleaning. There pool was dirty, pool cover was split and all the plastic 'bubble' bits from the underneath of cover were falling off into the pool, also the frame for the cover only had one wheel. The outside sink by the BBQ was also dirty and there was a big crack in wall by sofa. Inside the villa, the handle to the utility room was hanging off, the screws didn't fit. The shower room windows were broken and cracked with just some taping on and looked terrible. In the main bathroom, the toilet syston kept on running for ages each time used and was very loud. Only the main bedroom had air conditioning the other rooms didn't have ceiling fans or even electric fans to plug in. In the second room the double bed's headboard had actually been built half way across the plug so you couldn't use it.The clothes stand also broken in there. The fridge wasn't cold enough, even though it was on coolest setting and our food went off quickly, Kettle leaked and the lid broken. It's such a shame as it could be a lovely place with a bit of TLC.

Nous avons passé deux semaines à la villa. La situation est excellente, avec restaurants et supermarché à proximité.La magnifique plage de Papagayo est accessible à environ 1,5 km à pied.Les équipements correspondaient à la description.Cependant, nous avons rencontré des difficultés importantes avec le lave-vaisselle, qui était encrassé et ne fonctionnait pas.Nous avons informé l'agence, mais le réparateur n'est intervenu que deux jours avant notre départ, ce qui a impliqué de faire la vaisselle à la main pendant presque tout notre séjour.De plus, la quantité de vaisselle disponible était insuffisante.Enfin, les coussins du salon extérieur n'étaient pas propres.

Séjour agréable dans un lieu calme

Maison très agréable située dans un quartier très calme. Arrivée autonome avec boîte à clé. La maison mériterait quelques réparations. Poignées de porte cassées, lave vaisselle qui fonctionne très mal. De la vaisselle supplémentaire serait bienvenue
