Visit the Bailgate area in the heart of Lincoln’s historic quarter and discover a world of specialist shops including boutiques, crafts, book, and gift shops, not to mention tea rooms and restaurants that line the cobbled streets.

The neighbouring village of Metheringham, with its pubs and restaurant, is just 2 miles away, and Blankney Golf Club, an 18-hole golf course, can be reached in under a mile. Throughout the area are many good cycle routes and walks, from your own gate you can walk out onto the quiet country lane and stroll into the village or simply stay in your cottage and just enjoy the open views and relaxing countryside.
