This single-storey shepherd’s hut has a studio-style layout with a double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Appliances include an oven, fridge, kettle and toaster, and for entertainment there a selection of books. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car on the grounds and an enclosed meadow garden with wood-fired hot tub, garden furniture, patio and fire pit. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and though the property is single-storey, there are four steps up into the hut. You can find a shop and pub within 2.4 miles. Fern is a lovely retreat for a romantic break to Cornwall. The Old Wainhouse Inn has a pub, and a convenience shop is nearby where you can stock up on the essentials. Crackington Haven, just beyond the villahe, has a beach and beachside cafés to enjoy.
