Relax at our gorgeous with swimming pool villa of 3 main bedrooms and 1 more bedroom of 2 single beds and 1 semidouble bed at the attic of our villa which we use in accommodation of more people than six, in one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Kymi Euboea. There is plently to see and do in the local area. We'll give you further information and help to create amazing experiences by discovering the beauty of the whole area.
One of the most important and interesting thing, is the fact the we offer full rich breakfast free of charge. Also, a welcome drink with homemade snacks, drinks and sweets will surprise and drive you to the beginning of

a relaxing, joyful and happy journey, that one, of gorgeous Holidays in an amazing, contemporary and elegant space.
There is an outdoor circle swimming pool onsite for you and your kids too.


Its dimensions are, 4.80 metres X 1.30 metres. Also, your kids can play safely, away from road dangers, in our big garden, where there is a playground, surrounded by plants, trees and full of olive and palm trees. So, the villa is family friendly, as well.
To make your stay even more relaxing, you can enjoy the onsite shared hot tub, rejuvenating yourselves by using the salts, candles and aromatic balls that we offer you free of charge.
This property has a wood fire, through the two contemporary fireplaces, one big in the Master bedroom and a second one in the huge living room, to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a big fridge that produces icecubs and cold water, a microwave oven, an big oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker,a milk cream maker, a dishwasher, a freezer. In other words, our villa is an elegant, luxury and a contemporary one, that can offer you myth and relaxing moments even through its live streaming programs such as NETFLIX or so, along with its internet access and a music cd player.



This villa has 4 bedrooms as we have mentioned above and can comfortably sleep 9 and even 10.
In the first bedroom, you will find a queen bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a queen bed and an infants cot bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds and 1 semidouble sofa. Our pillows and mattresses are all orthopedic, anatomic and of high quality material that someone could enjoy a rejuvenating, calm and joyful sleep.
There is additional sleeping space in the villa, comprising a single unfolding bed, where a kid of 12 years old can get asleep.


There are 4 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with hot tub, where you can enjoy a relaxing, rejuvenating jacuzzi
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The fourth bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink.


Big terraces with their garden furniture all around the villa for your comfortable stay to enjoy a terrific sun rise from the Aegean Sea or an amazing moon rise and why not the miracle and the beauty of Nature.


Linen, towels, slippers, bath robes, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 12pm.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
Also, at the underground level, there's an electric running machine and an elliptic too, for your own use, free of charge.
- Pets are allowed at the property at a small cost of 80 euros, per each pet, per stay. Max. number of allowed pets is two pets of upto 50 kilos each, per every stay.
