Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Gozo, this fully equipped 200-square-meter property offers a delightful escape for families, couples, and friend groups. With accommodation for up to 10 guests, this cozy home provides the ideal balance of comfort and convenience.
The property boasts four bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, including one double bed, one supplementary bed, and seven individual beds. Three well-appointed bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub) ensure ample space and privacy for all guests.
A highlight of this home is the private swimming pool, measuring 7 x 3.5 meters, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny Gozitan days. The outdoor space features garden furniture, a barbecue, and a balcony, creating an inviting environment for outdoor dining and leisure.
Inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and complete kitchenware. The American-style layout adds a contemporary touch to meal preparation.
Comfort is paramount, with air conditioning self-controlled heating and cooling systems, and WiFi throughout the property. Entertainment is covered with a satellite TV offering channels in English and Italian.

Additional amenities include private parking, a private entrance, and a designated smoking area. Please note that while pets are welcome (up to two), smoking inside is not permitted.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
The rooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.50 per night.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:

Another nice stay in Gozo
Good location close to good local shop. Also well situated to easily reach most areas on island.
Fridge could do with compartments in door replacing. Also microwave compatible dishes needed.

Great place. We were very happy
This is a very quiet villa but with a location (near Ramla Bay and Xaghra square) really worked for us.
The pool isnt big and the downstairs outside space not large. Not a problem but worth bearing in mind if that kind of thing is important to you if so, Baron offer good alternatives.

Fabulous villa that suited our large family well
The villa was fantastic and we loved the pool and BBQ area. Having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom was great for an elderly guest staying with us. Large rooms, comfy beds (with duvets) and three bathrooms were great. Gozo was lovely, but you do really need a car with the property to get around. Our only issue was the turning space for our large 9 seater rental car. The villa is situated on a cul de sac and it was difficult to turn it around and park depending on the location of other vehicles. There isn't anything that can really be done about this, but is something to keep in mind if booking. It was a lovely quiet area so that is the bonus of the location up a residential cul de sac.
The bed downstairs was very high and whilst it was convenient having it downstairs, it was difficult for our elderly relative to get on it.
