This cosy apartment, on the fourth floor (lift to 3rd floor), in the heart of the charming village of Grangesises, sleeps 4 people and makes an exciting holiday destination for friends or a family at any time of year.
The living area, tucked under the eaves, has a corner sofa with a flat-screen Smart TV and a traditional wooden dresser. French windows in the living area open onto an attractive wooden balcony, which looks out over the village piazza. The dining table, next to the open plan kitchen area, has seating for 4 people, whilst the kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave and fridge.

Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Extra; The sofas in the living room convert into 2 single beds.

The tiled bathroom, with large mirrors, has a shower, basin, bidet and WC

Location
The village of Grangesises has very little motor traffic and is ideal for children and families, who can enjoy the charming, cobbled streets and piazza with its restaurants and cafés.
The neighbouring town of Sestriere is just a 5-minute drive and has a lot to offer. In the winter months, the slopes around the resort suit skiers and snowboarders of all levels. There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor swimming pool (heated) which is open in the winter and summer seasons.
Our guests can purchase SkiPasses for the ViaLattea ski area directly in our Happy.Rentals office in Sestriere.
During the summer months, Grangesises and its surroundings offer visitors a rich programme of entertainment, cultural and sports events for adults and children. There are sports days and fitness weekends with certified personal trainers. The location of the Grange Hike & Ski apartments is ideal for those in search of wilderness and unspoilt nature. The neighbouring valleys, such as the Argentera Valley and the Vallone di Thuras, offer a network of trails with varying degrees of difficulty, and it is possible to organise guided outings with environmental hiking guides by prior booking. There are also numerous routes in the area for mountain bike and downhill enthusiasts at all levels. For our guests, there are discounts in affiliated shops for e-bike and muscle bike hire. The nearby Sestriere offers an internationally renowned golf course (18 holes, par 65), a swimming pool and tennis courts. For the summer of 2023, the stages of the trial motorbike and enduro bike world championships are scheduled at the end of July, and in the first week of August the important international athletics meeting and the Sestriere film festival. History lovers should not miss the re-enactment of the battle of Assietta in July and the guided visits to the Fortress of Fenestrelle and the Chaberton museum in Claviere. In Grangesises and Sestriere there are many excellent restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sestriere offers supermarkets (the nearest is a 10-minute drive away) and small shops selling local specialities. Turin airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes\' drive from the flat.
