A very spacious new build with excellent finishes and a comfortable beach vibe.
10 mins walk to the beach. Big, bright, spacious and super comfortable with a massive kitchen and dining area.
Lahinch has it all, and you have a view of fields, sea and are 10-13 mins walk to the town and beach.
Walkable to Lahinch, drive or cycle to Ennistymon.
Heating system is air to water, warmest house you’ll be in!
Must know about the home: 12 stairs to get upstairs - all bedrooms are upstairs. Not suitable for wheelchair users, elderly or infirm.
***There is some construction happening on the estate, but not too disruptive***
