Home with high end finish levels in Beaver Creek. One of the closest ski in/ski out properties in all of beaver creek. Imagine putting on your boots on the back deck, grabbing your equipment from the exterior ski closet then going only 30 yards to get on the chair. Even better at the end of the day. The 2 lifts behind our condo are Riverfront Express 7 (Gondola) and Beaver Creek Mountain Express 15. Hot tub open year round, pool open for summer!

It doesn't get any better! Set up for a family or a group of friends. Owned, rented & operated by Doug & Linda Manner - no third party management company - ever!!!

Ski rental & lift ticket sales on premises.

Beaver creek ski resort area is renowned for it's varied terrain perfection in grooming, large snow falls, ski and snowboard schools. The ice skating rink is located in the center of the village. Snowmobiling is available, as well as sleigh rides and sledding. You can even go dog sledding or hot air ballooning! You can also ski with a ranger on a 45 minute ski tour. Twilight snowshoe tours are available from the Nordic sport center. Don't forget rail jam in front of McCoy's. You can travel to east vale to enjoy ice climbing. The Beaver Creek family challenge is lots of fun. Each team races throughout the village and must perform crazy physical and mental challenges. Don't forget the spa! The beaver creek ski & snowboarding school is open daily from 8-4:30. Adult ski school offers group and private lessons. The lift ticket office is open from 8:30-4:30. Cross country skiing is available from Strawberry Park chairlift at Mccoy Park.

Summer in Beaver Creek and the vail valley is an amazing place! You can explore golf, biking, hiking, scenic chair lift rides, bowling, Beaver Creek Rodeo series, farmers' markets, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, tennis, concerts, rafting & kayaking, hummer & jeep tours, biplane rides, and Colorado ski museum. Children's activities include Beaver Creek Kids Camp, discovery camp, adventure camp, 5-star camp, Beaver Creek Children's Museum, beaver creek children's theatre, ice skating, Beaver Creek stables, bungee trampoline & climbing wall, family movie night, day care, miniature golf and playgrounds. The game garage is located next to the Dusty Boot restaurant - it's a video game arcade and game room for kids ages 10-17.

There are several golf courses scattered throughout the Beaver Creek, Vail and surrounding areas.

We've retired and live in Dallas, Texas - Doug was in the oil business and we lived in Denver twice. We fell in love with the mountains and manage to make it to the condo several times each year. We love it there!

Why they chose this property

We love this location - both winter and summer, it makes a perfect get-away!!! We live in Texas, so the summers are pretty hot. Going to Beaver Creek in the summer is like a dream come true! It's perfect - pretty warm during the day, but cool in the mornings and evenings. Obviously, in the winter, it's the perfect location, since you are so close to the lifts. However, you are also soooo close to everything else. Edwards is 6 minutes away, Avon - only 4 minutes away and Vail is only about 14 minutes away. Amazing restaurants, cute little shops, and there are so many activies to take part in all year round! I hope you enjoy our oasis as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Some of the events that take place in the area are as follows: January typically brings the Tallons Challenge, and the Master Chef Challenge sponsored by Bon Appetit. April offers the Vail Film Festival, events have spread throughout the Beaver Creek area. In the month of May, is the Blues, Brews & BBQ festival. June brings the Suzuki Institute for 2 weeks. July 4th offers a celebration with lots of activies. The Rocky Mountain Antique Festival and the Annual Beaver Creek Arts Festival are both in July. August offers the Wine & Spirits Festival, the Vertical Ascent Race and the Trans Rockies Run. September brings Oktoberfest and the Oktoberfest Shuffle. Throughout the winter months, you'll find the Beaver Creek Race Series and the Crystal Gtotto. Beaver Creek Rodeo takes place weekly every Thursday during the summer. You'll also find various culinary demonstrations, concerts, symphony performances, opera and theater throughout the year.
