This single-storey lodge has two bedrooms, a king-size with a dressing room and en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a wine cooler and for entertainment there are two TVs with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power bed linen and towels are all included, and a travel (no mattress) and highchair are available. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with hot tub and table and chairs. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry this is a smoke-free holiday home. You can find a shop and pub within 0.5 miles. Note: Due to balcony decking area and as there are lakes and open water on the site children must be accompanied and pets on leads at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Steps to access property. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Within close reach you will find the fishing harbours of Looe and Polperro, home to a selection of eateries and lovely seaside walks, as well as Siblyback Lake where you can enjoy some sailing, fishing and watersports. The village is ideally located for a break at any time of year.
