Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, very close (15 minutes on foot) to the historic center of Cascais, and with free public parking, you couldn't choose a better place to enjoy your holidays or your business trip.

The apartment is located on the ground floor which is at the level of the 1st floor, as there are some steps to access the building from the street and a few more steps after entering the building to the apartment door. These are not difficult stairs for those with reduced mobility or baby carriages.

When you enter the apartment, a wide and bright hall area with a desk, connects the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. It is a large and open space, with a very comfortable leisure area with TV with international channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax. The kitchen is equipped with hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer.

On the other side of the house is the bedroom area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160x200) and has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The other bedroom has two single beds (90x200), side by side. There is another complete bathroom with walk-in shower that supports this room.

There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron, hairdryer.

Bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery included.

The whole house has double glazing, air conditioning and electric shutters, and the internet connection is fiber.

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very calm and friendly, there are cafes, restaurants, supermarket within a radius of 500 meters. The historic center of Cascais is 1km away, about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. Parking in the area is public and free.



House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed;

• Pets are not allowed;

• The house is not prepared for people with disabilities or disabilities;

• No noise is allowed in the house after 22:00;

• Remove the trash and turn off the lights and equipment when not in use.

• It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture.

• Key loss - € 100:

• Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention

• Forgetfulness of keys inside the house, requiring a new visit from the company - 25 €

• At check-in, it will be delivered manual, follow the rules on it.



Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50..

Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.



Cascais City Rate:

The City Council of Cascais charges a fee of 2€ per night of stay per person from 13 years of age with a maximum of 14€ per person. This fee must be delivered in cash upon check-in.

Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 55 € up to 4 people, 70€ up to 6 people

Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;

Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security deposit: 300 Euros per reservation; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.
