On the first floor, the master south-facing double bedroom has a comfy kingsize bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom offers a single bed, and the third with two singles, a dressing room, and an en-suite shower room. There is a spacious family bathroom with a shower over the bath too. Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook up a tasty meal, and with a fantastic farm shop, just a couple of miles down the road you can indulge in all the local produce on offer. Be sure to prepare a feast, open a bottle of wine, and settle into the big sofa for a cosy evening watching TV.

Maltkiln Court is in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas of Shropshire. The Sandstone trail almost passes the property and there are many other routes nearby like the Bishop Bennet Way plus the proximity to the canal means there are dog-friendly walks and hostelries. Whitchurch being just a few miles away has the heritage centre. As well also many independent businesses, cafés, gift shops, and pubs to eat in. Nearby, Nantwich hosts music festivals food weekends, and a battle re-enactment in January.

Or visit a lovely country pub for an evening meal or Sunday lunch.
