Ogliarola is a cozy attic apartment with a spacious terrace offering a stunning sea view, perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The warm wood interiors add charm and comfort to the space. Located on the first floor of Villa Elaia, an elegant complex with a private pool and garden, it provides both tranquility and privacy, just 500 meters from the town center and the sea. Equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, it ensures maximum comfort.

The apartment includes bed linen, air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, a wall mounted hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, and a safe. The kitchen is fully equipped and also features a microwave oven. The living room can accommodate a child using the sofa bed.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults, the sofa bed is reserved for a child.

Sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage

Die Anlage und die Wohnung sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und man hat sich immer wieder vergewissert, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Wohnung im DG war nicht übermäßig heiß, außerdem ist ja eine Klimaanlage integriert. Die Spülmaschine war anfangs defekt, wurde aber am nächsten Tag wieder repariert. Sie ist allerdings sehr abenteuerlich eingebaut (d.h die Türe lässt sich nur etwa zur Hälfte öffnen)... Der Straßenlärm ist am Wochenende etwas störend, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. In unserem Fall war störender, dass zwei Tage nach unserem Urlaubsbeginn in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine neue Baustelle eingerichtet wurde.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Drum und Dran.

Mediteran eingerichtete und dekorierte Wohnung, sauber und ordentlich. Poolanlage immer sauber und gepflegt. Ansprechpartner immer vorhanden. An die belebte Straße hatten wir uns nach einer Woche gewöhnt.

Kleines Studio mit schönem Balkon und Meerblick.

Das Studio ist beinahe komplett ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc.). Was fehlte war ein Toaster (es gab nur einen kleinen Kontaktgrill) und vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine. Als wir uns über den sehr kleinen Fernseher beklagten kam der Vermieter am nächsten Tag mit einem größeren, neu gekauften Gerät. Super. Das Studio ist nicht besonders groß und durch das Schrägdach auch nicht überall zu nutzen, durch die wirklich schöne Keramik in allen Bereichen aber sehr gemütlich. Das beste ist der tolle Balkon mit Meerblick, der nicht einsehbar ist. Auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Wasser war angenehm temperiert. Zu Fuß ins Ortszentrum geht man 10 Minuten, Restaurants, Geldautomat, Post und der nächste Supermarkt alles gut erreichbar. Einzige wirkliche Kritik ist, dass es keinen Reinigungsservice gibt. D. h. bei einem Aufenthalt von drei Wochen muß man selbst das Studio sauber halten, das Bad putzen, die Bettwäsche wechseln, Handtücher waschen usw. Das haben wir schon anders erlebt.

VACANZA STUPENDA IN UN POSTO STUPENDO

Bellissimo monolocale curato nei minimi particolari con vista mozzafiato sul mare della bellissima Santa Maria di Castellabate, struttura bellissima molto tranquilla e rilassante e molto curata. Secondo me il pezzo forte della struttura è la piscina, non molto grande ma chi come me ha dei bambini comodissima per passare il pomeriggio di ritorno dal mare. Non posso che elogiare il proprietario ( Sig. Alfonso) e il suo collaboratore (Florin) disponibilissimi e cortesi....isomma VACANZA STUPENDA IN UN POSTO STUPENDO......... sicuramente ci ritornerò. Consiglio per il sig. Alfonso: e se ci fosse un servizio navetta? oppure.......dei parcheggi riservati a villa elaia magari nel parheggio del centro ubicato nei pressi di via sauro.....così da rendere ancora più confortevole (a chi come me ha dei bambini piccoli) il soggiorno presso la vostra magnifica struttura.

Splendida vacanza a Santa Maria di Castellabate

Abbiamo alloggiato nel monolocale Ogliarola dall'11 al 18 luglio. La descrizione e le foto dell'annuncio del signor Alfonso sono realistiche, l'appartamento è in ottimo stato, pulito e arredato con gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato le bellissime piastrelle di Vietri che conferiscono una particolare eleganza, non sembra di essere in un alloggio dato in affitto, ma piuttosto in uno dato in prestito da amici. E' incredibile quello che il signor Alfonso è riuscito a mettere in poco spazio: un grande frigo con congelatore, cucina a gas con forno, forno a micro-onde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Il bagno è completo di tutto, il letto è comodo e la biancheria di ottima qualità. Nonostante la temperatura esterna superasse i 40 gradi, non abbiamo mai usato il condizionatore, l'apertura di tutte le finestre permette di mantenere fresco l'alloggio. Dal terrazzino si gode di una magnifica vista sul mare e nelle giornate più limpide si può ammirare la costiera amalfitana e Capri. Il proprietario è una persona gradevole, affidabile, onesta, precisa e molto ben organizzata. Grazie di cuore al signor Alfonso per l'ospitalità e al signor Florin, suo formidabile braccio destro, per la disponibilità. Ci sono piaciute le spiagge di Punta Licosa e della frazione Lago, anche se il Cilento offre molte altre possibilità di svago, un'accurata visita di Paestum e dei bei borghi dei dintorni, per esempio. I buongustai devono provare "La taverna del pescatore" a Santa Maria e il ristorante "Kappa" a San Marco.

Soggiorno da favola

Abbiamo soggiornato in due, io e la mia ragazza, nell'appartamento Ogliarola, la struttura si trova proprio lungo la strada provinciale che percorre la costa e tutti i paesi del Cilento, quindi molto comoda da raggiungere. La villa è davvero molto grande, accogliente e tenuta bene, con diversi appartamenti , in posizione alta rispetto al mare che da la possibilità di ammirare un panorama stupendo. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi e forniti di tutto il necessario, biancheria, asciugamani, stoviglie ecc....Si scende alle spiagge di Santa Maria di Castellabate in 5-10 minuti a piedi, a tornare un po' di salita ma ne vale la pena, mare bellissimo con acqua cristallina e centro di Santa Maria molto affascinante. Eventualmente c'è la possibilità di andare in spiaggia anche in macchina, parcheggio non manca. Molto carino fare una passeggiata la sera lungo il corso di Castellabate e visitare il centro storico molto molto caratteristico; Complimenti al Sig. Alfonso per la gentilezza e la professionalità, tutto perfetto, Torneremo.

Wonderful stay at Villa Elaia

Villa Elaia is in a very beautiful part of Italy. The apartment was very well appointed with every facility you could require and has a very private balcony from which we loved watching the sun set over the sea. A beautiful swimming pool has also just been installed in the garden.The owner and staff were very helpful during our stay, suggesting good restaurants and providing information about places to visit.Santa Maria has many gorgeous beaches and several good restaurants and its location makes it easy to explore the Cilento region as well as visit the Amalfi Coast and the many historical sites such as Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum. The perfect combination for relaxing and sightseeing!

una vacanza a santa maria di castellabate

la proprietá è molto curata. il giardino in ordine, io ho alloggiato una settimana nell'appartamento oglialora, un monolocale mansardato, ben arredato e confortevole. ottima accoglienza e disponibilita. la spiaggia è vicina, all'andata in discesa e al ritorno in salita. ecco questa forse è l'unica difficoltà riscontrata, oltre all'attraversamento della statale con traffico intenso mattina e sera.

Excellent studio

We had a perfect stay at the studio of Villa Elaia. Although it's part of the villa we enjoyed more than enough privacy. Clean, well maintained and a beautiful location. The owner was there to help us solve a small technical issue, which was done quickly. The apartment is at walking distance of the village with everything you need and the great beach. We didn't need a car when we stayed there. All in all we would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Castellabate

The appartment of the Villa Elaia where we stayed for one unforgettable week is renovated beautifully and with good taste. We enjoyed so well that we stayed for couple of extra days. We founded a wonderful beach when we drived to see "Punta licosa" and spent there couple of hours almost every day during our stay in Castellabate. Although it was middle of Octobre temperature of the see was warm and we enjoyed swimming and sunbathing. Our host Alfonso was very friendly and helped us to find many intresting places from the area of Cilento. One of them was Palinuro where we saw amazing "crotte". Also the old village of Castellabate in nearby mountain was unique experience and the sunset seen from there was just amazing. We enjoyed also very much driving many beautiful roads in Cilento. We want to recommend Castellabate to every one who loves nature and inimitable atmosphere of southern Italy. We hope to return there as soon as possible.

Appartamento delizioso, molto pulito, elegantemente arredato e curato nei minimi particolari, magnifica vista mare, ben arieggiato con aperture su tre lati su quattro. Dotazioni adeguate biancheria impeccabile ed angolo cottura completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Parti comuni molto ben curate pulite e ben organizzate. Splendida vacanza

Ho soggiornato in questo monolocale per una settimana.Dotato di tutti i comfort,ha un grazioso terrazzino con una splendida vista sul mare.E' situato in un'ottima posizione per chi vuole spostarsi e visitare anche altri posti,ma comunque vicino al mare e al centro per chi invece preferisce spostarsi a piedi.L'appartamento è pulito e ben arredato con particolare cura dei dettagli.Lo consiglio vivamente!
