Seafront Villa Miramar is an elegant new property with unobstructed sea views that sits in an enviable position directly opposite the beach of Port de Pollenca and is just a short stroll from excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The villa sleeps 6 people in fully air-conditioned, spacious and contemporary interiors that have been finished to the highest specifications and design trends. There is a fully fitted kitchen with adjoining dining room and lounge which opens directly onto the terrace with sea views, three large bedrooms, three modern shower rooms and a guest bathroom. The property has a fenced garden with plenty of space and an added bonus of a private plunge pool plus an alfresco dining terrace, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the sensational views of the bay!

Touristic Registration Number: ETV/25107

Seafront Plot 704 m² - Fully fenced garden with a sea-facing terrace and a lawn area. Private plunge pool (2.5 x 2.5 meters). Sun terrace with loungers, dining furniture and portable barbecue.

Included in the rates:
Eco-Tax
Bed linen and towels.
Disinfection, final cleaning.
Mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 5 nights (on personal request confirmed before arrival date).
WiFi, Air-conditioning (cold/warm on a timer).
1 x Cot/Crib and Highchair on request.

On request (to be confirmed before arrival date) at extra cost:
Additional cleaning: 18 €/hour
Beach/Pool towels: 7.5 €/per towel
Extra cot/crib: 45 €/week
Extra highchair: 25 €/week

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
