This cosy 41 square metre accommodation is a duplex with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor. Going up the stairs you will find a bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor.
The property has a single bathroom with a shower + 1 toilet, fully equipped to meet all needs.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, oven, coffee machine and complete kitchenware. This allows families to prepare delicious meals and enjoy gastronomic moments together.
