The apartment has a comfortable double bedroom and a bright living area with a double sofa bed, for a total capacity of up to four guests, ideal for families or friends. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge with freezer, to prepare meals independently. The bathroom is complete with all the essential amenities.
There is air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and TV, for a practical and comfortable stay. The apartment is non-smoking. To ensure maximum comfort in compliance with local and condominium regulations, services are available during the following periods:

Heating from October 15 to April 15.
Air conditioning from 15 May to 15 September. Any changes depend on the provisions of the condominium or on municipal resolutions.
