Splendid Architect's Villa with contemporary design, in the heart of Seminyak

Nestled in a quiet and residential area, a few minutes walk from the famous Jalan Laksmana located in the center of Seminyak, our villa remains above all a space of serenity and refinement.

Nature invites itself into this resolutely modern residence, where refined beauty and absolute comfort come together around its superb turquoise pool surrounded by bougainvilleas, ylang-ylang and other tropical plants. The villa thus offers a unique atmosphere, combining Balinese exoticism and timeless elegance.

Enjoying contemporary and airy architecture, the spacious living room is decorated with real antiques, works of art and local paintings. It brings freshness and sweetness of life at any time of the day.

In the evening, another lounge adjoining the illuminated swimming pool allows you to savor delicious cocktails, while admiring the starry sky. You can also relax in our teak hammock which will rock you and bring you the serenity you've always dreamed of.

The villa also has 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with King Size beds, equipped with a TV (international cable), ample storage space and a safety deposit box. Each bedroom has its own bathroom in resolutely minimalist and soothing terrazzo, with a shower and an individual bathtub partially open on the vegetation.

Equipped with all the necessary modern equipment, the American kitchen and its dining room offer the possibility of seating up to 8 people. On request, our housekeeper will be happy to introduce you to typical Indonesian dishes.

Attentive staff will be on hand throughout your stay to greet you at the airport, prepare your breakfasts, take care of your laundry, as well as oversee the general management of the villa. A service is also available if you want to rent scooters, a car, organize outings or excursions. On request, our dedicated driver can also take you with our VW Safari of the time on the picturesque Balinese roads and thus leave you with an unforgettable memory of the magnificent landscapes of Bali.

Please note that our villa is not suitable for children, as our swimming pool is not protected by security barriers. Our villa is suitable for people who want to stay in peace; therefore, we will not welcome students who wish to party in our villa.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our time in the villa. The location is perfect! It is close to Seminyak’s main shopping and night out area, while still giving a feeling of being secluded in your own private bubble. The property was clean and beautiful and the management team were always responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful villa and Putu was amazing and taking great care of us all. I felt the pool furniture needs a revamp and we had a few troubles with toilets flushing. But they were always fixed promptly.

Lovely villa

The host was welcoming, Putu was fantastic, she made breakfast and was there everyday at various times requested. If you’re looking for a private villa, look no further. Odd areas of the villa were in need of some improvement , mostly the kitchen and outside cushions but don’t let this detract you, it was fabulous , relaxed and very private, central to everything and I would highly recommend it. Putu was the star, she couldn’t do enough for you. The host was welcoming on the way in too. Even with heavy rains the villa works well and is exactly as in the pictures. Good value all round…

Fantastic place to stay for 2 couples or family

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The air conditioned bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were great. Putu who came daily was so lovely, always smiling and so helpful. Serenity in the city

This villa was everything we could of hoped for. When in the villa you would never have known that you were in the heart of the city. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff, especially Putu were so kind and the food she cooked amazing. The location was perfect- close to many shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!!!

Great hospitality!

First time in Bali, so we were not sure what to expect. The Villa was very nice and clean. Putu is an exceptional cook and she gave great recommendations for things to see in the area. Our driver, Agus was also great. He took us on a day trip to Ubud. He was knowledgeable and accommodating when showing us around. Great experience- highly recommend!!!!

Amazing villa!

This villa was amazing! When we arrived we couldn’t believe how much bigger it was than the pictures and so beautiful. It had everything we needed and in such a great location. The booking process was simple and streamlined. Manuela was lovely and answered any questions to the lead up of the booking. The check in/out process was so easy thanks to Daisy and Putu, who were both amazing and always there to help with anything we needed during the stay. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone and will be staying again :)

Our Bali Getaway.

The property is lovely, clean and spacious.The location is good and easy to navigate to the main streets of Bali. Manuella our host was always quick to respond. The Villa is lovely but unfortunately the kitchen is a let down! It seriously needs updating! The staff are wonderful, Putu & Desi did a wonderful job of looking after us.

Amazing Villa

We have just returned from 9 nights in this villa and wish it could’ve been more. Everything is as described and Putu was excellent and so helpful. An issue with the water supply was fixed within 20 mins even at 9pm, very good. Great location and transport always available. I do think the A$900 cash deposit on check in is a little excessive but it was returned immediately on check out. Overall a fantastic holiday and hopefully ‘we’ll be back!!’

A little bit of heaven

From the moment we first entered the Villa until the last day I found it near perfect. The layout is ideal with 2 large bedrooms overlooking the pool which was a delight to swim in daily. The shower layout is amazing surrounded by greenery The Villa is easy walking distance to Seminyak for shopping Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Hathour Noun. All the staff are good and very helpful particularly Puta and Daisy The only fall back is the kitchen area which needs updating Overall a little slice of heaven

Best holiday ever!!!

Perfect villa and great location. No running water twice which was fixed within a hour just tough after long days, cleanliness was okay, very tidy but needs a deep clean. Putu was just amazing, so helpful sweet and kind, helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Agus our driver was certainly one of a kind, he was the highlight of our trip, warm and welcoming, happy to drive anywhere. Spent everyday with Agus and now we call him family.

Absolutely loved this property it was like paradise. Just what we all needed. Communication with the host was faultless. All the staff for the house were so caring and nice. Restful, stylish oasis

Ideal for a grown-up family looking for a luxurious, characterful retreat not too far off the beaten track. The villa makes a good first impression and continues to reveal clever touches and high-quality features over the course of one's stay. The garden was cunningly planted and beautifully lit at night, so we got different pleasures at every time of day. The staff - housekeeper, gardener, driver and liaison - were professional and friendly. Our only quibbles were proximity to sometimes noisy neighbouring holidaymakers, and mosquitoes in the one open-air bathroom. Those wanting to be in the thick of it should note that it's a taxi ride from most restaurants and tourist spots; and that the trip can take half an hour at peak traffic times.

Zauberhafte Oase im quirligen Seminyak

Die Villa ist eine ruhige Oase inmitten des quirligen Seminyak. Sie liegt in einem bewachten Villenviertel. Die Zimmer sind um einen Innenhof mit Pool angeordnet. Alles ist sehr geräumig und das Design wunderschön. Der Pool ist traumhaft, allerdings ist das Wasser recht frisch. Man kann zu Fuß in 10 min einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und mehrere Geldautomaten erreichen. Etwas näher noch der Warung kelor mit leckeren Speisen und tollem Ambiente. Der hauptsächliche Trumpf dieser Villa, ist das Personal: Angefangen von der sehr freundlichen und schnellen Kommunkation mit der Agentur, die schon vor der Anreise alle Details erklärt und vor Ort einen sehr herzlichen Empfang bereitet. Perle der Villa ist die Hausdame Putu, die sowohl reinigt als auch auf Wunsch Frühstück macht und abends sehr leckere Gerichte für die Gäste zubereitet. Sie ist herzlich und freundlich, diskret und bei allen Fragen äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben mehrfach ihre Kochkünste genossen und uns dank ihr sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz besonders danken wir auch unserem Fahrer Agus, der auf Anruf in kürzester Zeit für alle Aufträge zur Verfügung stand. Er ist eine überaus freundliche, bescheidene und ruhige Seele mit einer Engelsgeduld und extrem geschickter und sicherer Fahrer im Verkehrschaos von Süd-Bali. Wenn irgendjemand dort einen Fahrer braucht, nach Agus fragen, er ist der beste. Alles in allem ist die Villa sicherlich ein traumhafter Ort, den Süden Balis zu genießen.

Havre de paix dans le bouillant Seminyak

La villa nous a fourni tout ce que nous recherchions, c'est-à-dire un endroit confortable où se retirer et plonger dans la piscine, après avoir été confronté à la circulation, la chaleur et l'humidité ! Tout était fonctionnel dans la maison. Le seul désagrément provenait des odeurs de refoulement dans les salles de bain et toilettes. Attention, les moustiques sont actifs à la tombée de la nuit, il est donc conseillé d'avoir un répulsif à portée de main. Prévoir également une location de scooter pour se déplacer vers le centre de Seminyak ou de Kuta. Le personnel de la maison est sympatique et aidant. Bref, un séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes.
