The true great hall with indoor space for 16 people features a cosy fireplace, the interiors include children's playrooms, board games for adults, and a ping pong table. The property offers various outdoor areas for relaxation. A multitude of large windows floods the space with natural light and accompanies a porch that opens to the pool. The garden has a spacious chill-out area, lawn, barbecue, and dining area, all with stunning mountain views.



The kitchen is a usable work of art, with a central island, open wooden shelves and high-end appliances. The adjacent dining room is elegant, with a warm design in which natural light predominates.



The natural elegance and materials extend to the ten bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom and spacious wardrobes. The luxurious bathrooms feature a single or double basin vanity and an open shower.



The property of 500 square metres and 2000 of plot is located 5 minutes walking from the famous Gran Vía of Alicante where there are 2 shopping centres (Gran Vía and Vistahermosa), pubs, restaurants, cafés, and public transport connection that connects with the city centre and the most famous beaches.
