It is designed exclusively for sleeping, not for use as a room since space is limited by the aforementioned. It has a 1.35cm bed. IMPORTANT TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: to access this space you have to climb an inclined metal ladder.



Kitchen: Renovated and equipped with everything you need so that you can enjoy great lunches and dinners in the apartment. It has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and ceramic hob. It also has a space to eat or have breakfast, a high table with stools.



Bathroom: Completely renovated, with bathtub, glass screen and a window that provides natural light and ventilation.



Terrace No1: Wide and spacious, with a dining table, chairs, umbrellas and a smaller table.

Surrounded by emblematic and tourist places of the city that you can know just by taking a walk around the area. You will not need public transport to move around the area since you will be in the center and you have everything very close by walking. Anyway, you have the Sevilla metro stop a few meters away (Line 2) and also at Puerta del Sol you will find the metro station and suburban stations that also connect with the entire city.
