Kick back and relax in this calm, luxurious space. Once standing in ruins on Park Farm, The Stable now boasts a private and peaceful location in the heart of the elegant village of Brent Knoll. Ideal for couples or for anyone looking to explore the glorious surroundings with beautiful walks on the doorstep and the beach, the Mendips, Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury and the local pub all within easy reach. A stylish piece of tranquility awaits you...
The space
The Stable is a compact, beautiful, calming space based in the grounds of the hosts house, it is entirely self contained with private access, patio and is set in a kitchen garden with chickens scratching away nearby.
Guest access
The Stable is entirely self contained with your own private entrance. Behind the green house is a small private patio for your sole enjoyment.
Other things to note
We welcome well behaved pets but we do not have a secured outside space for them so they will need to be kept on leads whilst outside on the property. Luckily there are plenty of beautiful walks within easy reach!
Deb & Jon are always around to help, whether it be with wood for the chimnea, setting up the BBQ, figuring out the AC or arranging a picnic to watch the sunset from the top of Brent Knoll.

This is a charming place. Has everything you need. Clean, warm and the hosts are on site and are extremely helpful. I can’t fault it in anyway. Highly recommend.

I moved with my family to Somerset 5 years ago. I'm a horticulturalist and love nothing more than being in the garden, cooking great food or being out with my dog Enzo.
Why they chose this property
I adore how close to the beach for walks we are and how I can leave the house and be in the middle of a field (on a footpath) in a couple of minutes, without even crossing a road.
What makes this property unique
Brent Knoll is a special village with loads going on. We sit at the base of historic Brent Knoll which serves the best sunsets on clear evenings. We also have a fab local pub just 2 minute walk away!
