New to the market after Covid- a beautiful 3 double bedroom villa with private pool. Sleeps 6.
The villa is 75m to the lovely Polyxenia beach & restaurant and its soft lush green grass approach.
At the back of the villa is a private pool (7 metres by 3 metres) and a patio and garden that has been fenced for privacy and edged with a small pretty garden.

Everything you would want or need, furnished to a superior individual standard,

We stayed in Linda’s villa for two weeks in September.Location is fabulous, 2 minute walk down to the beach with access to beach bars and restaurants.The villa is spacious and clean and bedrooms are a good size and the villa is equipped with everything you need.The pool was a welcome addition on the hot afternoons.Linda replied promptly to any queries and I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic villa

The villa is an ideal quiet location with beach choice two coves 2-3 minutes walk, shops and 5 of Trip advisors best restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The villa has everything you could want. I would highly recommend and I will return again with my family.

Lovely quiet villa close to bars and restaurants

Excellent equipped villa with a lovely pool, in a quiet street but close enough for bars, restsurants and shops. Beautiful walks along the promenade capturing the views and beautiful cove beaches.

Amazing villa , the pictures do not do it justice, a lot bigger than it seems , pool was brilliant , all you could need was in the villa , all utensils, towels , washing machine, oven etc.Perfectly situated, beach at one end of the street and all other amenities at the top of the street.Linda has been amazing to deal with and quickly communicates from time of booking until check out .Nothing negative at all to comment on and we are already thinking about when to book for next year.The Riggins family,Glasgow Scotland

Comfortable Villa in an excellent location!

We stayed at Linda’s villa as a group of four adults. I was concerned about booking a property with only a few reviews - please don’t be! It was spotlessly clean on arrival and is so well equipped that we had an easy, comfortable stay throughout. The pretty garden based pool and many a/c units were vital in the heatwave we were lucky to enjoy and our few minor queries ( a faulty A/C control) were responded to immediately and dealt with straight away by Jill ( the property Manager). The location is superb - 3 mins walk and you are on the glorious Polyxenia beach ( free sun beds and brollies on the lovely grass). Literally 2 mins walk to so many excellent restaurants ( we recommend Doma and Ifalos). Linda was kind and helpful prior to arrival with plenty of sensible information. Thank you ladies - we loved it!

Fabulous 10 day holiday

We know the area well and tend to mix between hotels and villas along this coastline. I was a tad reluctant to book a property with few reviews but Linda’s responses to my initial queries put me at ease immediately. So, location - brilliant, few minutes walk to restaurants and bars of Pernera, 20 minutes to Protaras strip if you walk the coastal path. I think we were one of the first guests for a while, house was very clean, comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen. Missing a few basics like salt/pepper/herbs for cooking but we left bits there as well as hairdryer. Few games and lots of books provided - if travelling with kids, would recommend you take a few bits (games in particular if you can prise them off devices ). If you have Amazon sign in, will be fine for TV. We loved it, didn’t really venture to Polyxenia facilities much but looked good and nice social ground. Would highly recommend to any visitors wanting a hassle free chill out with amazing responsive host, we had minor issue with leaky aircon unit that was fixed within a couple of hours of reporting, couldn’t ask for better response. Linda was brilliant and offered to reimburse funds we’d spent on a few bits but totally not necessary- wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend.

Un coin de paradis

Très très contents. La maison est très bien aménagée et très propre. La piscine top super propre et très bien entrenue. Il manquerait seulement de la lumière le soir à l extérieur. Endroit magnifique., un vrai paradis avec des petits enfants. La propriétaire très réactive. Vraiment le rêve. Bravo
