First time in Belfast. Great location close to many restaurants & local attractions. Easily walked to everything. The apartment was excellent, very roomy. Kitchen was fully equipped & the bedrooms & bathrooms were a good size. Parking on site & inside was very handy.

Sam was super easy to communicate with. Our group was four mid-50 gals travelling around for 9 days. In the 6 different places we stayed Sam’s rental had the most comfortable beds. Parking was great and having a washer and dryer on site was super handy. Would definitely recommend

Sam’s property was a perfect place for our first VRBO rental in Ireland! The location was close to the center of Belfast so we could walk to everything. The apartment was very clean and Sam answered all my questions promptly. He supplied everything we needed.

Location is excellent - we took the train from Dublin, and from the station walked 8 easy minutes with our luggage. A few minutes walk to city hall. Many of the tours start there, and Tesco and M & S is right there for food.Our family of four found this apartment spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Two full baths good for a family. Excellent communication with the owner.

This apartment is well situated in the centre of Belfast just a few minutes on foot from the city hall. The area is very quiet.The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.Sam is a great host.We can certainly recommend this property for a stay in Belfast.

Great Location in Belfast

We enjoyed two nights here. The apartment is in a great location in downtown Belfast. We had access to so many restaurants and the city hall is a block or two away. The designated parking spot in the basement of the building is so helpful. Sam was very responsive and helped with any questions we had. The apartment is nicely arranged and very comfortable. I would stay here again when visiting Belfast.

Holiday trip to Belfast

Great stay

Great location, very clean, excellent response time from Sam. Very well appointed apartment with everything we needed for our family stay. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen, and especially nice to have a washer and dryer while traveling. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Belfast.

Sam’s apartment in Belfast was great! Spacious, well appointed, with funky and BIG kitchen! Close to downtown, city hall, and a block from a Starbucks - yes! The property was perfect and we loved our time in Belfast.

Fabulous weekend break in Belfast

Sam was an excellent host, communication prior to and during our stay was great. Information to access the property was very clear and given in good time. The apartment itself was perfect for 4 friends… spotless, comfortable plus a fabulous location; we were able to walk everywhere.
