Villa Nomade by Fantasia Villas

Perched on top of a hill in Lurin, Villa Nomade (NOM) is a wonderfully private sanctuary that gives its guests the feeling of being all by themselves, wrapped in privacy at the top of the world. Inside, the feeling is both cozy and airy, bathed in golden sunlight and cooled by island breezes. A covered terrace extends the living space, creating an indoor-outdoor retreat that is still protected from the elements.

The location of Villa Nomade is an inviable one, not far from Gustavia, St. Jean, or Saline. It has a magical atmosphere, thanks to its expansive views from St. Jean Bay to the ocean off Gouverneur Bay, with the mountain of Vitet and Saline in between.

With its layout spread over three levels, and connected by a series of decks and terraces, Villa Nomade has plenty of different areas and nooks where couples or individual guests can enjoy whatever they like to do (and if they’re out of ideas, the Sibarth concierge can suggest a few), and gathering places for big lunches or dinners in the dining room. This makes it a good option for groups of friends or extended family.

The centerpiece is the large, comfortable living area, with its colorful, globally minded decor, extensive library, and thriving garden plants peaking though the windows. It is adjacent to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with ocean views. The partially glassed-in terrace is an additional spot for taking in the views. Beyond, there is the triangular infinity pool.

All four of the bedrooms also have impressive views. The first bedroom is on one side of the living area and has a private terrace. A second bedroom is on the lower level, also with a private terrace, and the remaining two are on the upper level and open onto the Jacuzzi deck. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, the other two have queen-size beds, and all have ensuite bathrooms.
