Brand new Villa Adamo is a contemporary, luxury, air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms each with it's own en-suite and all opening onto a secluded veranda with beautiful landscaping. The villa is conveniently located in Kalamar Bay being only a stone's throw away distant to a supermarket and many cafe/restaurants.
The spacious and cozy interior has been designed to meet all your needs. Outside it has a private infinity swimming pool with a shallow end and terraced garden with sunbathing areas. The swimming pool also offers a jacuzzi with sea views and a water feature.
The entry for Villa Adamo is on the first floor and the hallway provides access to the stairs down to the bedrooms on ground, leading out to spacious outdoor areas and the infinity swimming pool with great sea views. This is where you will be delighted with the bright open plan living area and the stunningly modern kitchen with a breakfast bar.
On the ground floor there are two double and one twin bedroom that lead out onto the veranda and mini pool area.
Kalkan Town is a 15 minute walk from Villa Adamo and Kalamar Beach Club is just 5 minutes away.
