The secluded, enclosed coastal-view gardens and large outdoor pool (75m2) with two compartments, will prove enormously popular amongst all generations, especially with the mesmeric views and stunning seascapes as a backdrop. Lay out al fresco lunches and make like the Greeks, grazing on cold meats and olives between dips, before reclining to watch the dramatic Cretan sunset unfold with a G&T on hand at the hammock. Mature trees and beds of fragrant blooms decorate the grounds, set on ribbons of luscious neat green lawn. Little ones are sure to have hours of fun with their own ‘Dream Outdoor Playhouse’, and the sensory heated swimming pool to splash about in until well past bedtime.

Making the most of the coastal location, an ocean-facing terrace offer mesmerising scenery for al fresco dining by the fully equipped BBQ with a build in pizza oven, balmy in summer for celebrated dinning. The iconic Olive Tree seating area, features access to a power plug for pc time if needed, offering a choice of sea view-screen or dive into the sensory pool before laying at the white washed Bali beds. Pets are more than welcome with prior notice, in this luxury residence, offering a pet home designed just for them. For the ones who wish to keep up with their fitness lifestyle, there is a basketball single-court, fitness equipment yoga mats & free weights or alternative you can go jogging on the beach.

The Exclusive Residence comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests in its three bedrooms and one studio. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

Ground Floor
A stand alone master studio, that can sleep up to 5 guests, with a private gathering outdoor lounge area, is an idillic spot for the teenagers of the group or to be used by one of the families who seek a bit of extra privacy. Featuring an additional spacious living room with a dinning area and another fully equipped kitchen, a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00) for two and a separate bathroom with shower, offering immaculate attention to details. Three additional guest can sleep to a comfy sofa bed for two and and one more to a couch bed.

First Floor
The abundance of space at the flow to light-filled living room is price for entertaining, with a fully-equipped, party-ready kitchen enriched with an indoor dinning spot for culinary wonders. The living room features a fireplace and 50’ smart TV for movies o’clock or a cosy corner to read your holiday book overlooking the blues. Reverse level living brings those inside close to the elements, with panoramic sea views and plenty of space to unfurl. An extra WC is available next to the living room area. Two bedrooms lay on this floor, one with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) featuring an access to a balcony and a playful yard filled with a dreamy outdoor playground for our younger friends. The second double bedroom, with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00), has direct access to the pool area with captivating sea views. The two bedrooms have at their disposal another bathroom with a walk in shower for those who wish to relax after a day of exploration.

Second Floor
The airy master bedroom, with access to a spacious ocean view balcony, spreads-alone across the second floor, is one of a kind! Offering a serene haven to retreat, with a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00) overlooking the sea from the moment you wake up. Featuring an indulgent en-suite bathroom with a sea-view hydromassage bathtub & a walk-in shower is a sanctuary “just for two”. An adjoining private dressing room for him or for her is also a unique element of the master suite. An additional, balcony is a hidden gem “under the stars open-air bed”, ideal for an outdoor night sleep with majestic sea views. With immaculate attention to detail, this unique Master-Bedroom Floor is the dreamiest of couples’s or family with a baby ( baby cot & high chair are available) and made to offer the ultimate luxury, comfort and relaxation. You’ll be certainly humming to the tune of Louis Armstrong’s ‘What a wonderful world’ while pulling the cork on a bottle of red or white.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for two cars, as well as an additional free parking space outside the Villa’s premises for more cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; 2 Fridge with freezer, 2 Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine, Filter coffee machine & Frappe machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Wine Fridge, Washing Machine & Dryer Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryers, two open plan fully equipped kitchens!

Pool Heating Policy:
-The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.
-4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature.
-For every day of use the charge of heating the pool is 40€. Prior notice is required.

Miraida Exclusive Residence is enviably located at the entrance of Almyrida, which is a wonderful sea side village, and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches close to your villa are Paralia Keras only 9 minutes walking distance and famous Almyrida Beach only 15 minutes walking distance. Almyrida beach is sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as it is shallow and well protected from winds. Additionally, it is equipped with sun beds & umbrellas and has a wide variety of restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Almyrida has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, ATM, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery, various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes, pastry shops and excellent traditional tavernas & restaurants, overlooking the the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some regional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Kalyves Village on the other side of Miraida Exclusive Residence, towards Chania, only 15 minutes driving distance, is also a must place to visit during your stay, with wonderful beaches and also a wide variety of shops and restaurants to cherish during your stay with us.
