DESCRIPTION: Villa MONTE CRISTO has a Mediterranean style and is distributed over two floors. We access the villa through an entrance located on the lower floor that gives us access to a large space offering a dining room,living room and kitchen. Just in front of the entrance of the house, there is a comfortable terrace with table and seats and from this terrace you can access directly to the pool area, passing in front of the villa. Once inside the villa, the living room consists of two sofas, a two-seater and a three-seater sofa and also offers a coffee table and a television. Right next to the lounge area, there is a glass dining table surrounded by several chairs and from there, there is a door with large windows from where you can access the swimming pool area. The independent kitchen is located to the left of the dining room with all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare fantastic meals. It offers a direct exit to the outside eating area with a large table and comfortable chairs. In addition, this area offers a built-in barbecue and a nice patio where you can enjoy pleasant moments in the shade. On the same floor (lower floor) we will find on the left hand side the first bathroom with toilet and shower. Then, passing through the corridor, we reach two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a double bed. The latter bedroom offers its own en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. We access the upper floor by the internal staircase from the same room. Upon reaching the top, we will find a very large third bedroom equipped with a double bed and numerous closets. This room has its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet and a modern Italian shower. In addition, this master bedroom offers a terrace where we can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the town of Moraira.



EXTERIOR: The villa has a driveway with wide parking space for several vehicles. The garden of Villa MONTE CRISTO is colorful, spacious and full of flowers from the local area. The pool is surrounded by several sun loungers at the disposal of our guests and is complemented by an outdoor shower.



LOCATION: The MONTE CRISTO villa is located in the surroundings of Moraira where the atmosphere is very pleasant with lots of nature and tranquility. The view is beautiful and the areas are very quiet. The villa is located in a residential and private area. The beach is 5 minutes away by car, as well as all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and all water activities. Besides, there is a leisure area with bars and restaurants just around the corner, very close to the villa.
