2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment with communal pool.

Our 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located within phase 1 of the Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The apartment is freshly decorated, furnished and maintained to a high standard. A brand new kitchen has recently been installed making it the perfect holiday home for your family or golfing break.
The apartment has two balconies overlooking the communal swimming pool and a large private rooftop solarium, which is perfect for enjoying the year round sun!
We offer free Wi-Fi, smart TV and air conditioning within the apartment.
Our apartment is managed locally so you can rest assured of a friendly meet and greet on arrival with our keyholders.
The resort is a gated community and has 24 hour security, plenty free street parking and the clubhouse, driving range and 1st tee are a short walk from our apartment.
The bars and restaurants of Los Alcazares are a short 3mins drive from the resort or 15mins walk. There are numerous supermarkets within a 2mins drive from the resort or a 10mins walk and the wonderful sandy beach is 5mins drive or 25mins walk from our apartment.
Our rental price for the apartment includes end of stay clean, bed linen, apartment towels and pool towels. We also provide two foldable sunloungers for use at the communal pool area.

Our second stay at this property and again it did not disappoint. From initial booking through check in and during our stay everything was as it should be i.e trouble free. The apartment is ideally located, very well presented, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing break in Spain.

Great base for touring the local area

Well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment, great solarium, peaceful area. A great base for us as we travelled around the region. Arrival and departure really straightforward and the keyholder Steve always on hand. Great stay, thank you.

Great stay at Casa Boyle!

Nice and well-maintained apartment on a complex with shared pool and facilities (if you want them). Check-in from Steve was excellent. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped throughout and had the bonus of a large rooftop sun terrace, equipped with sun beds, sofas and parasols. Beaches of La Manga were within easy reach by car, as was Cartagena. A great short stay which we would consider doing again.

The flat in Roda golf was lovely. Really nice having the rooftop solarium, makes the flat a really good size. Walking distance to all the amenities in both Roda and Los Alcazares. Lovely flat and good value

Another enjoyable visit to Roda

We've stayed on Roda many times over the last 10 years but this was the first time at this apartment. The apartment was perfect, communication with Neil the owner was great, and Steve next door (property manager) was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. Jenny W

Highly Recommend - Amazing Accomodation, great location

We absolutely loved this trip, we have stayed at Roda Golf a few times over the years but this has been our best time yet. The apartment is located in such a convenient position with easy access to the resort’s restaurant, plus Roda village with different cafes and bars to choose from. The pool was never overcrowded, the grounds are really well maintained and the apartment itself is exceptional. Everything is really well organised. Steve the property was great, super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was really straightforward. We will definitely be rebooking and can’t wait to go back.

Fabulous Apartment

My husband and I stayed for a week at Casa Boyle. We've stayed at Roda several times before so know the area well.The apartment is spotless and has everything you would need for your stay. Two showers in the apartment is a bonus! The roof terrace is huge although we didn't make use of it as the weather wasn't quite hot enough for sunbathing.The small terrace outside is perfect for dining or just watching the world go by. Full British tv channels, with movies and sport if that's your thing. Honestly cannot fault this apartment I'll be sure to book it again.

Roda penthouse

Myself and my wife stayed here for 7 x nights at the end of October 2023. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The roof terrace is enormous, with plenty of seating and 2 x loungers. Plenty of pots and pans etc.Netflix for the cooler evenings was great. Neil the owner was great and quick in his response to my questions. Steve the host picked us up from the airport and he was great, giving us tips about where to eat and drink. Highly recommend, and we will be back.

Fantastic apartment in an ideal location

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Neil’s apartment on Roda.We are very familiar with the local area and have stayed in Las Alcazares many times but never on Roda resort.The apartment is situated near to the main entrance gate making it a nice 25 minute walk to the strip in Los Alcazares where many bars and restaurants are located. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and tidy and equipped with every utensil and item of equipment that you could want for a relaxing holiday in a great setting.Prior to our trip I found the communication with both the owner and keyholder to be excellent and once on site the keyholders ‘meet and great’ was possibly one of the most comprehensive I have every received whilst renting a holiday home.We will definitely recommend and will be returning for another visit.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Wir waren mit unserem 12-jahrigen Sohn in der Unterkunft und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Dachterrasse mit gemütlicher Sitz-und Grillmöglichkeit. Vielen Dank auch für den netten Empfang von Steve! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We bought the apartment in 2022 after years of watching A Place in the Sun!!
After viewing properties on other golf resorts we decided to purchase on Roda Golf due to it's location to both Alicante and Murcia airports. Also the resorts location and walking distances to local amenities/beach and there is plenty activities to interest our children as they get older.
