Niova Villa offers 3 bedrooms sleeping comfortably 6 guests, measuring 120 square metres, boasting elegantly styled rooms that provide a minimalist canvas for enjoying breathtaking sea views. The high ceilings, skylight, and expansive windows fill the living area with natural light, creating a bright and airy ambiance.

The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with modern showers, and one with two single beds that can be seamlessly converted into a king-size bed. A third shared bathroom, also with a shower, ensures comfort and convenience for all guests.

This exceptional property perfectly blends contemporary design with refined taste. Each bedroom is furnished with top-of-the-line Simmons mattresses, guaranteeing a restful and rejuvenating stay.
