Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in Mitte, Berlin's first and most central district. The area is incredibly rich in history, with many of the city's museums and tourist sites located within the neighborhood. Bustling Mitte is one of the city's key business districts, and there is a diverse restaurant scene with options at all price points. You can splash out at a high-end restaurant like Schnitzelei Mitte, or head to trendy Hackescher Markt, where cafes and shops are located within a series of labyrinthine courtyards. Mitte is also wonderful for sightseeing: the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island are both located within the neighborhood. Other highlights include the famous Checkpoint Charlie, Tiergarten Park and the Berlin Zoo. There’s also the historic Tiergarten, one of Germany’s largest public parks and the perfect place for a dose of nature. Another point of interest is Moabit, formerly an important border between East and West Berlin. Berlin's central train station is located in Mitte, and the neighborhood is served by several U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for three months, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of €1970 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.

Reservations must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year.
