Fantastic Apartment in a Good Location

The apartment is beautiful and is very well equipped. The hosts were thoughtful, friendly and couldn't have been more accommodating. The pool was fantastic and there was lots of outdoor space for us as a family to play games and relax. We had a brilliant stay and would love to go back again some day.

A wonderful place, charming hosts!

Our cosy and comfortable flat with its big pool and beautiful garden was an ideal place to relax. We really loved staying there! Beautiful accomodation with nice garden and great swimming pool. Kitchen fully equipped, spacious, modern bathroom. Comfotable beds. Evelyn and her parents were great and caring hosts: homemade pizza on arrival, recommendations for trips and going out... The only downside: nearby motorway and railway that can be heard in the garden.

Beautiful vacation apartment a little away from the hustle and bustle on Imperia's coastline

A very nicely furnished and well-kept apartment with air conditioning for midsummer travelers like us and an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. Good transport connections, a supermarket and restaurant nearby and a beautiful spa/pool area with whirlpool behind the house. Possibly the only downside... the nearby highway and train line can be heard, but we quickly got used to both...

Amazing place with everything you need

I would highly recommend the place of Evelyn as it has literally everything you can think of. Amazing garden, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and lots of entertainment for kids. On top of everything the place was super clean and we were welcomed with a home made Italian pizza. It's a huge help that Evelyn speaks great English and it's always available for questions.

A wonderful appartment with a 5 star welcome

Aften having stayed there we can understand why the reviewers gave this lovely place five stars. After a long drive and a late arrival Everlyn and her family very quickly made us feel at home. The appartment is very nice and well equipped. The garden is beautiful and our boys loved the big pool. We would thouroughly recommend this place - Gianni, Franka and Everlyn are the best and nicest landlords we could image. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity we had the best holiday ever.

A wonderful place for our holiday!

If I should describe our stay with one word, it would be "wonderful"! Our Apartment (the smaller one) was great, plenty enough storage for clothes, a big and almost new bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need to cook by yourself. The bed was very comfortable. Also the cot and the high chair for our baby was good, our baby slept well there. They also have outdoor toys for Kids, als well as a swing and a slide, but our daughter was a Little too young to use it. In front of the apartment is a nice terrace with a table to eat outside, and a nice Pavillon under a tree to relax. There are also 2 sunbeds and a huge suneshade at the pool, that belong to the appartment. The pool is also great (and huge), and the owner cleans it every morning! The whole property, the house, the garden etc. is in such a good shape, the owners really take care of it. And the owners are the biggest reason to recommend this Apartment! Evelyn and her parents are so lovely, their hospitality was great. They even prepared a Pizza and (self made) red wine for us when we arrived, and if you have any questions, they help you immediately. They also offered us fruits and vegetables from their own garden (Bio) during our stay - so delicious! If we will visit liguria again one day, we would always book this accommodation!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin.Zum Checkin gab es selbstgemachte Pizza und eine Flasche Wasser, Kaffee wurde bei Bedarf auch immer aufgefüllt.Es ist eine schöne Anlage mit einem großen Pool und Whirlpool zum Entspannen.Die Lage ist gut, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Pizzeria in der Nähe.Wenn man noch näher am Meer sein möchte, muss man dann auch mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war echt gut und danke auch nochmal an Evelyn für Ihre Tipps, Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft, einfach Alles.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und über unseren Aufenthalt mit lauter netten Gesten von der überaus großen Gastfreundschaft überzeugt. Über die ganze Zeit hinweg stand Evelyn uns persönlich und sehr umsichtig für jede Anfrage zur Verfügung und hat es dabei trotzdem geschafft, dass man seine absolute Privatsphäre genießen konnte. Die Wohnung war sehr charmant eingerichtet, der Garten überaus gepflegt und schön und der Pool natürlich ein Highlight. Wir sind schon jetzt ziemlich sicher, dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal bei Evelyn zu Gast waren. Wir sagen vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und auf bald!

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine nette Begrüssung und gute Einführung durch die Gastgeberin. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Evelyn war immer präsent, aber nie aufdringlich. Für uns die perfekte Gastgeberin.

Besser geht's nicht!

Unser Aufenthalt im Juni 2022 war unbeschreiblich schön und entspannend. Nicht zuletzt die liebevolle, durchdachte Ausstattung unseres Appartments und der gesamten Anlage, mehr noch die Herzlichkeit von Evelyn und ihren Eltern haben die Zeit in Imperia für uns unvergesslich gemacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 2 Kindern (1 und 4 Jahre alt) sogar um 3 Tage verlängert, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Auch Imperia selbst hat viel zu bieten, ist touristisch aber noch nicht zu überlaufen. Absolutes Plus in unseren Augen war das insgesamt abgeschlossene Areal der Villa, sodass man die Kinder laufen lassen konnte, der Spielplatz, der top gepflegte Pool mit eigenen Liegen und großem Sonnenschirm, sowie der eigene abgeschlossene Garten, der viel Privatsphäre ermöglichte. Wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein. Vielen Dank Evelyn!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit Gartenanteil und Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Evelyn begrüsst. Es gab gleich zur Begrüßung selber gemachte Pizza. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist schön groß und sehr gepflegt. Zu jeder Wohnung gehören feste Liegen und ein eigener Gartenanteil. So hat jeder genügend Privatsphäre. Auch für Fragen war Evelyn jederzeit zu erreichen und behilflich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.

Eine familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung - eine klare Empfehlung auch in Zeiten der Corona

Wir haben zusammen mit unseren Kindern (4 und 5 Jahre) eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit in einer der drei Ferienwohnungen in Evelyns Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist so konzipiert, dass jede Ferienwohnung einen eigenen Terrassen- und Gartenbereich hat und somit genügend Platz zum Spielen und Relaxen bietet: Klettern und Schaukeln für die Kleinen, Bewegung im Tischtennisbereich, für kleine Tierliebhaber eine Hauskatze☺️ und viel Spaß für Groß und Klein im Pool. Er ist ein wahrer Genuss mit eigenen Liegen und sauberem Wasser 😍 Aber auch das Meer ist gut zu erreichen, für schöne kostenfreie Sandstrände sollte man allerdings ins Auto steigen und ein paar Kilometer fahren. Von Evelyn bekommt man diesbezüglich gute Tipps, auch andere Fragen und Wünsche werden gerne beantwortet bzw. erfüllt. Insgesamt waren die Örtlichkeit und der Service ausgezeichnet, mit vielen netten Extras, wie exzellenter Kaffee und selbst gezüchtetes Gemüse. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da ☺️

Sehr schönes, liebevoll gestaltetes Familien-Appartement

Sehr schöne, gepflegte, saubere Ferienwohnung und liebvoll gestaltete Grünanlage (Pool, Spielplatz, Tischtennisplatz). Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse und zusätzlich im Garten ein kleines Pavilion mit Sofa und Sessel zum Relaxen. Eveyln und ihre Eltern waren wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider kann man die Autobahn und den Zug sehr gut hören, aber nach 2 Tagen haben wir uns daran gewöhnt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Wohnung Joy ist wunderschön und alles war absolut perfekt. Evelyn und ihre Eltern kümmern sich sich rund um die Uhr um das Haus, den schönen Garten und um ihre Gäste. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist modern und durchdacht, es fehlt an nichts. Von reichlich Handtüchern im Bad bis zur komplett ausgestatteten Küche inklusive Gewürzen und Kaffe, ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab's eine selbstgemachte Pizza und zwischendurch Gemüse und Wein aus eigenem Anbau. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird täglich gereinigt,jede der 3 Wohnungen hat eigene Liegen und einen großen Sonnen Schirm. Da die Lage der Wohnung ideal ist um die Gegend zu erkunden,hatten wir den Pool häufig für uns ganz allein. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen abgeschlossenen Garten teil,so dass man echte Privatspäre hatte. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit fest angebrachten Fliegengittern versehen, so dass man Nachts mit offenem Fenstern schlafen kann. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen,dass wir einen tollen Urlaub an der wunderschönen Ligurischen Küste verbracht haben. Man sollte aber unbedingt mobil sein,da das Haus etwas abseits liegt. Wir würden dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, lieben Dank an Evelyn und ihre Eltern!!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, perfekte Vermieter

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (10 und 8 Jahre) eine Woche in einer Ferienwohnung bei Evelyn. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein großer Pool mit Sprungbrett, top eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, toller Garten zum Spielen und Erholen. Jederzeit wieder und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Das Haus, die Wohnung, der Garten und der Pool sind immer perfekt gepflegt und sauber. Jeden Tag wird von den Eigentümern gefegt, die Grünanlagen gegossen, der Pool gereinigt usw. Evelyn und ihre Eltern sind wahre "Schätze" und ihre Gastfreundschaft, Hilfe und Herzlichkeit sind grenzenlos. Sie versorgten uns mit frischem Bio-Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten, selbstgemachten Rotwein, Pizza als Willkommensgruß, Restaurant-Tipps, Begleitung ins Krankenhaus wegen der sprachlichen Übersetzung usw. Solche Gastgeber haben wir noch NIE erlebt. Tolle Leute! Wir könnten uns am hauseigenen Pool gut erholen. Es gibt nur drei Wohneinheiten. Jede hat eigene Liegen am Pool. Deshalb gibt es keine Streitereien mit anderen Mietern um Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Für die kleinen Kinder gibt's ein Schaukel-Klettergerät im Garten, Spielsachen für den Pool und viel Platz sich zu bewegen. Es war toll, eine eigene Garage für das Auto zu haben und auf einem abgeschlossenen und gesicherten Gelände zu wohnen. So fühlte man sich allezeit sehr sicher. Für den ersten Gebrauch war ALLES in der Wohnung vorhanden. Den Kaffee hat Evelyn uns sogar kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Von Ohropax über Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel und Gewürze war alles da. Wie gesagt: ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schönes sauberes und gepflegtes Appartment Joy!

Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen! Das Appartment ist wie von der Vermieterin beschrieben, alles in TOP-Zustand und mega sauber und gepflegt! Die Lage des Grundstücks ist ca. 2 KM vom Meer entfernt. Ein grßer Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (man fährt eigentlich immer dran vorbei, liegt damit immer auf dem Weg) Wir haben uns hier dank der sehr, sehr, sehr netten Vermieterin und Ihren dort im Gebäude ebenfalls untergebrachten Eltern sehr wohlgefült. Alle haben stets das wohlbefinden des Gastes im Auge, sind ausgesprochen freundlich und höflich und wir haben viele nützlichen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Shopping oder für den Strand bekommen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Bad, Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer alles in gutem Zustand und modern eingerichet. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, man hat vor dem Appartment einen eigenen abgetrennten Bereich zur Selbstnutzung, Grill Gartenpavillion. Alles schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß, gute Sonnenliegen und einen großen Sonnenschirm sind für alle ausreichend verfügbar. Imperia ist eine tolle Stadt, die alles italienische Flair bietet. Toller Hafen, schöne Altstadt (Porto Maurizio) und tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Auch die Cote d Azur ist in nächster Nähe und über die Autobahn schnell erreichbar (Nizza 45 min.).Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful

Lovely appartment, a warm welcome by Evelyn and family. Home made pizza and wine by Evelyn's mother the first day. Nice swimming pool, garden and outdoor relaxing spots around the villa. Sure we gonna visit again.

Wunderbare Wohnung I Toller Außenbereich I Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Die Lage der Wohnung befindet sich in einem locker bebauten Wohngebiet. Man wohnt quasi mitten unter der einheimischen Bevölkerung, etwa 2 km von der abwechslungsreichen Küste entfernt. Damit ist man weg vom Touristenrummel, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Um zu den Stränden zu kommen oder die atemberaubende Landschaft mit ihren malerischen Siedlungen zu entdecken, empfiehlt es sich, das Auto zu benutzen. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sauber und gepflegt sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet - auch mit moderner Technik (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Gasherd, Wasserkocher, Backkofen, etc.) Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Es fehlte an nichts. Was mich besonders gefreut hat, war, dass es eine Baisis-Küchenausstattung gab (Kaffee, Gewürze, Müllbeutel, etc.) Es gab sogar eine Willkommenspizza für die "Weitgereisten". Dafür insgesamt 5 Sterne Der Außenbereich ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Eine tolle Terrasse für die Mahlzeiten, ein Gartenpavillon mit gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln, ein eigener Grill, Kinderspielplatz und nicht zuletzt: ein toller Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Es war so schön, dass wir einige Tage nur am Pool verbrachten, weil wir (bei drei Wohneinheiten) meist die einzigen Nutzer waren. Gefallen hat uns auch , dass wir unser Auto in einer Garage auf dem Grundstück abstellen konnten. Auch dafür gibt es volle 5 Sterne. Insgesamt war es eine sehr erholsame Zeit! Danke für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Ligurien

Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage hinterließ für uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick einen wunderbaren Eindruck. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt einen sicheren Parkplatz hinter dem Tor, sogar in einer Garage. Somit ist Sommer schön kühl. Der Pool ist ein Traum, es gibt Poolspielsachen für die Kinder. Die Wohnung ist sauber, wir hatten 20!!! flauschige Handtücher, ein Traum. Es gibt für jede Wohnung eine Waschmaschine, einen Grill und mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Wenn es ein Problem oder eine Frage gibt, es Evelyn sofort zur Stelle oder antwortet per Telefon. Sie spricht sehr gut Englisch.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit reizenden Gastgebern

Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist äußerst komfortabel und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom Geschirr bis zu den Steckdosen - alles ist durchdacht und zweckmäßig. Dazu kommen der wirklich große Pool und mehrere Sitzgruppen im großzügigen Außenbereich - hier lässt es sich entspannen! Das Beste aber sind die Vermieter: Keine Frage bleibt unbeantwortet, rund um die Uhr stehen sie ihren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Italienische Gastfreundschaft und Herzenswärme pur!!! ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!
