VILLA SEDES - DIVE INTO NATURE

Villa Sedes is a charming villa in Mallorca, with beautiful views, located a few minutes’ walk from the Natural Reserve Ses Fonts Ufanes and in a very quiet area, where you can fully enjoy nature, tranquility and a beautiful stay with family or friends.



When we first enter the villa, the living room and dining room are connected by the kitchen. The entire setting has high ceilings with wooden beams, white walls, and a rustic design. It is also quite bright. The kitchen is completely furnished with all the contemporary amenities and gadgets you might require while on vacation.



You can relax in the living room's cozy couches and watch TV on a satellite box while reading a good book or viewing a movie. Throughout the entire house, there is free WiFi.



Villa Sedes has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom to the right of the kitchen, with two single beds and opposite another bedroom with a 1.20 bed for single use. This bedroom has stone details and built-in closets.



At the end of the living room, we find a modern bathroom with shower and to the right a single step that leaves us in a large bedroom with double bed and suite bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious, and has a bathtub, shower and bidet.



Opposite and with two steps there is a last bedroom with a single bed of 1.20 m to rest deeply.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. There is also an A.C. in the living room that operates from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.



From the kitchen/dining room there is a door that opens onto the terrace which is partially covered with a thatched roof to enjoy an outdoor meal.



On the outside of the house, there is a laundry room and a large brick barbecue. There is also a portable barbecue so you can enjoy your culinary delights wherever you like.



The exterior of the house stands out for its stone details and its large swimming pool surrounded by majestic mountain views. The pool is ideal for families as it is surrounded by a fence making it a safe place to go with children. There are hammocks available for lounging and enjoying the sun.

The use of a car is necessary and there is plenty of space available outside the house for parking.



Set in a great area with a mountain backdrop, Villa Sedes is only 10 minutes from the Ses Fons de Ufanes Nature Reserve, and 15 from the amazing caves of Campanet, and a 5-minute drive from Campanet.



Campanet is a small and cozy village located on top of a small hill. In the village, you will find a variety of cafes, traditional restaurants, bars and many typical stores with cozy atmospheres and folklore. On any Tuesday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh agricultural products.



The old town of Pollensa or the beach of Puerto Alcudia are some of the nearby resorts, located 20 minutes drive from here. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Playa de Muro are also at the same distance.
