Good location and very calm zone to visit London. We are a familly of 5 people and we stayed for 3 nights and all perfect. Thanks for all.

The location was good, walking distance to main attractions, although we didn’t feel overly safe in the neighborhood. The apartment was VERY VERY dirty. The sheets were dirty, there was laundry in the washing machine, the machine was also moldy. The floor was dirty. The bedroom carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. There was hair all over the

Whether you know London or not, this location is perfect. Quiet, but still close to everything. The unit worked great for our family with 3 teenagers, kitchen well appointed. The wrap around deck with stunning views was a highlight, unique and well used. Communication with host was helpful, prompt and friendly. Highly recommend

We arrived to find the apartment in an unacceptable condition—sticky floors, dirty carpets, and an overall feeling of neglect. We didn’t want to deal with the hassle of contacting the property manager, especially after seeing how poorly the place had been cleaned to begin with, so I ended up washing the floors myself. I even had to purchase my own cleaning supplies, as I’m sensitive to the harsh chemicals they stocked. Same day we arrived, the elevator broke down—and we were staying on the 6th floor with little kids. No help, no solution, just bad timing made worse by bad management. The washing machine was unusable—completely full of mold. The bathroom was also in rough shape: the shower tiles were covered in mold, and when the water runs, it literally washes down on you. Very unhygienic and unpleasant. On top of that, they expect guests to hand wash all the cutlery instead of using the dishwasher, which doesn’t feel safe or sanitary. The listing says the property sleeps 5, but it’s definitely not set up comfortably for a family of five. The location is the only thing this place has going for it. Everything else—from cleanliness to convenience—was a disappointment.

Great location, lots of light in apartment, responsive host

The apartment is on an upper floor, in a corner unit, so there are great views, and lots of light, plenty of window windows!! Host was very responsive when we expressed the need for certain kitchen items. Overall, quite comfortable.

Family of five London vacation

The best part about this property was the location. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. A very quick walk to Westminster, Elizabeth tower, the river, etc. The flat is on the top floor with a balcony that also has lots of bright light and windows. Our check in process left a little to be desired but the property manager did try to make up for it. The biggest con of the flat is the extra beds. The extra bed options for the family room are quite uncomfortable and do not leave places to sit. Once again, the location is fantastic. You will not regret this booking otherwise!

Excellent Location

We loved this place as a home base for all our daily excursions! The host was highly responsive and helpful. The location is great for walking to places to eat, grocery shop, and of course, sight seeing! We were gone morning to night, but the balcony was a BIG bonus. We loved unwinding out there by the light of the city. The only issues we came across were the flimsiness of the furniture (wobbly side tables and futon/couch) and coarse sheets. It troubled us, having three youngish children (12, 10, & 7) who were jet lagged and restless, to be on high alert to make sure they didn't lean on things. We managed not to break anything, but it was vaguely unsettling. Probably just a word to the parents out there considering staying here with children.

Nice place

This flat is nice. The terrace to sit on is very nice and we loved the views. It's quite small for sleeping 4 adults. Better suited to 2 adults and 2 children. The only negative was the kitchen could have had a good scrubbing before we got there. The hosts were great to communicate with. Would definitely rent again.

Great location

First time to London - this was a great central landing spot to relax after longs days of walking. The balcony was charming. The small grocery just 1/2 block away was perfect for quick snacks and drinks, and a larger grocer was just a block and a half further. Very safe. Would stay again.

Great Family London Weekend

My family of 4 (kids 8 & 13) stayed here for a weekend. Great space, well appointed with everything you need. We loved the location to Pimlico and Victoria stations making easy to do all the things on our list. My daughter and I even got up early and walked Buckingham Palace one AM which was lovely. We LOVED the Sainsbury’s up the street — so convenient when you have always hungry kids or need a bottle of wine! Thank you for the chocolates and bubbly! What a nice touch to kick off an amazing weekend!

University Visits

This property is in a perfect location!!! It is in easy walking distance to key attractions like Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace and the London Eye. Plus, there are two tube stations near by making it quite easy to get to any place you wish to go. There was a grocery store just up the way and plenty of pubs as well. We were are party of 5 and there was ample space and sufficient beds. I would definitely recommend this flat and stay again.

Fantastic little flat

The location was perfect, with coffee shops and a grocery store 1 minute down the street, and easy taxi/Uber pickups. The balcony was great, the flat was very clean, shower pressure was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our visit to London.

Getting to know you.

This apartment fit our needs perfectly. As a grandparent who had lived an worked in London I’m the 1960’s, I wanted to show my teenage grandchildren from America, a little bit of their British heritage. It was the perfect size in a perfect location, with an owner who couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful and understanding. I hope to be able to return again next year.

Stay in London

The flat was great. The balcony is so refreshing. It rained a lot so when the sun peaked out it is a great place to hang out. The tube stop, Pimlico is less than 10 minutes away. The St. James and the Westminster stations are close too. We used the tube a lot. We had a great time in London.

Great Location

What a beautiful apartment. The wrap around balcony was amazing. It was unexpectedly very hot when we were there. The host was incredibly responsive and brought us a fan right away. The location was perfect, it felt out of the way, yet access to everything was easy. It is just a short walk to Westminster abbey and other sights. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay here again.
