Welcome to our beautiful house in Manchester. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

The property has exterior security camera's over looking the free outside parking area where your vehicle can be parked during your stay.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers 3 HD televisions and superfast wifi internet access.

This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 3.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
The second bedroom contains a single bed.

There is 1 bathroom.
The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


ANNEX HOUSE RULES

GUESTS WILL NEED TO VERIFY THEMSELVES WHEN BOOKING WITH PHOTO ID & ADDRESS

The Annex only sleeps 3 guests & 1 infant/baby, you have only paid for up to 3 adults, so please do not bring extra guests.
Please only have registered guests that are allowed in the property this means no bringing extra people back after nights out, if so we will ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.
For extra security The Annex has exterior cameras over the outside parking area.
No parties or loud music allowed.
No drugs allowed.
No pets allowed.
No BBQ's.
No smoking/no vaping allowed inside the Annex (smoking/vaping allowed outside at the front of the Annex).
Please respect our neighbours as you are staying in a residential area.
Please can all guests remove outside footwear before entering the carpeted AREAS.
Checking in is upto 11.30p.m unless pre-arranged.
The entrance door has a Nuki lock which has code access, you will be greeted on arrival and once verified given the access code
Please when leaving the house pull on the inside chrome handle and do not pull on the Nuki lock as it is a delicate item.
All rear doors to the patio area have keys, please leave the keys in the doors when leaving
The Virgin full package includes: HD Tv, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, BT Sports, Documentaries, Netflix & Disney+, please do not order any extra pay per view channels/movies/sports events.
Disney+ is in both bedrooms
Wifi code displayed on the welcome sign as you enter the property.
Heating instructions displayed on the control pad above the dining table in the kitchen area.
The high velux windows in both bedrooms work from the velux remote control, the velux windows can be reached to open with the 2 poles that are located in the bathroom area though please can you leave them semi closed for fresh air but to keep the rain out.
Freezer is located in the utility room off the bathroom.
Please leave all plugs plugged in as they run the wifi, tv's, cable, intercom and nuki door, all other sockets are free to use.
Please leave the property as you find it on arrival and load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher when leaving the property.
Don't forget to take all your belongings.
