The Apartment/Chalet are never rented out separately to not disturb your privacy in the main villa.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 10 Metres long x 4 Metres width. The depth is 1.20 Metres at the end where the entry stairs are located & 1.30 Metres at the opposite end. The pool is heated to 29c all year round and is fitted with an electric cover. When closed, a child can't enter the pool. It keeps the water warm during the night.

Villa Monacos huge 750 m2 terrace enjoys uninterrupted breath-taking views across the coast to the Atlantic Ocean, across to the neighbouring Islands of La Gomera, El Hierro & La Palma.

The terrace is fitted with Sonos sound system to listen to your favourite music while sunbathing in the sun loungers.

You may enjoy Al Fresco dining under the pergola with dining chairs & table to seat 20 persons.

You have a charcoal BBQ & for a supplemental fee a gas BBQ is available.

The Classical style of the Villa is elegant & is tastefully furnished & finished to an exceptionally high standard.

The parking area allows parking for a large number of cars.

The owner paid special attention to the comfort of the beds to improve your sleep. The beds are fitted with thick mattresses topped with a topper mattress. The bed linen is high quality monogrammed cotton sateen. The best quality duvets & towels have been selected for our guests.
