Welcome to Glasshouse Phuket, a private 6-bedroom sea-view villa in Ao Yon, just a short walk from two quiet, swimmable beaches. Sleeping up to 22 guests (18 adults max), it’s perfectly suited to family gatherings, milestone celebrations and intimate weddings. Enjoy a 10m infinity pool with jacuzzi, expansive open-plan living, tropical gardens and sunset views. Daily maid service included, with optional private chef and airport transfers. Wheelchair-accessible main level includes poolside bedroom.


The Glasshouse is the idyllic setting for a relaxed and private vacation with family or friends. Nestled into a jungle hillside in the south of Phuket near Cape Panwa and set within 1,140 sqm of landscaped tropical gardens, this modern 6-bedroom villa enjoys some of the best sunset sea views available in Phuket.


With its integrated jacuzzi, the infinity pool is the heart of the Glasshouse experience, day and night. The whole villa is designed for sharing quality experiences and creating lasting memories. Whether you’re watching the sunset from the living room or one of our three balconies, relaxing in the shade of the Thai sala, or sharing a drink at the bar table, your time at the Glasshouse will be full of special moments.


Located on a small peninsula, the villa is just a few minutes’ walk from two quiet beaches. Ao Yon (east-facing) and Khao Khad (west-facing) both sit in sheltered bays without rip tides, making them suitable for swimming all year round.


The villa, pool and gardens are available for the exclusive use of guests. There are no live-in staff, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.


I am always available to answer questions and typically respond within an hour or two during waking hours. Our experienced villa manager is based locally and available daily from 8am–8pm to assist with anything you may need, with emergency support available outside these hours.

The Glasshouse accommodates a maximum of 22 guests (including up to 18 adults). Eighteen guests sleep in beds and sofa beds, with additional floor mattresses available for children. Infants under 2 years do not count towards occupancy. Cots and high chairs are provided.

The 5th and 6th bedrooms are part of the main house and offer additional privacy for guests who prefer some separation from the main living areas.



ACCESSIBILITY

• A chair lift connects the car park to the entrance on the main living level

• Bespoke ramps provide step-free access throughout the main living level (wheelchair accessible)

• The main living level includes the living room, dining area, TV den, poolside bedroom and poolside terrace

• The poolside bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with support rails for the WC and shower; a shower chair is available



SERVICES & PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• Daily maid service included

• Bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels provided

• Filtered drinking water available on tap

• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa

• Electricity is included up to 300 kWh per day (equivalent to THB 1,800 and sufficient for almost all stays). To encourage thoughtful use of air conditioning, excess consumption is charged at cost.
