Themis Villa is a modern, luxurious holiday property located in a peaceful neighborhood of Ixia. It offers a wonderful private swimming pool and an easy access to the beach in an only 5-minute drive. Also, the villa is close to the airport of the island, less than a 15 minute drive. Suitable for families or groups of friends of up to 15 people, this modernly decorated villa combines luxury, comfort and privacy in a central location close to all conveniences available in the area. The name of the villa was inspired by the ancient Greek goddess of divine order, justice and law, Themis. Deriving from the ancient Greek word “títhēmi,” meaning “to put,” the name of the goddess translates into “that which is put in place by natural law,” and this is the philosophy Themis Private Villa was built upon.
All rooms and interior spaces are commodious and sunny and are decorated in a modern style with warm hues and artful details. Themis Private Villa provides you with a peaceful and private accommodation, presenting you with five modern and cozy bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and single sofa beds. Each of them offers an ensuite bathroom. One of the bathrooms offers a relaxing bathtub with jacuzzi features as well as a shower. The other ensuite bathroom offers a shower. Also, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds.Lastly, there’s a bedroom with 3 double bedsand an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Apart from the ensuite bathrooms, there’s also a bathroom with a shower and a wc. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned. There is a kitchen fully equipped for any meal preparation accompanied from the seating area. Also, there is a comfy large living room. There’s free wifi access throughout the property. The whole atmosphere of the villa radiates serenity and comfort, bathed in abundant sunlight, decorated with beautiful flowers and Greek statues, one of them, a miniature replica of the exceptional Nike of Samothrace. Outdoors, villa offers a private swimming pool with its sunbeds to relax in the hot summer days while working on your tan. The beach is great for anyone looking for beach related activities and at the same time an excellent place to enjoy an unforgettable, romantic sunset. Nature lovers and sight seekers will love Filerimos Mountain that is in close proximity of the villa and offers great hiking paths through the ancient forest to the top of the mountain, where you can visit the medieval monastery and enjoy the breath taking, panoramic view of the west side of the island and the Aegean sea. Airport of Rhodes is found less than 15-minute drive away from the villa. Also, you should consider visiting Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 50 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 20 minute drive away from the villa.
