COMMUNICATION AVEC LE LOUEUR DESASTREUSE

Appartement correspondant au photos mais beaucoup de choses à revoir. Nous sommes arrivés avec tringle à rideau au sol et son rideau. Table de salon complètement dévissée. Placard cuisine défectueux pas de cafetière traditionnelle (pour 8 personnes mieux que des dosettes ))Merveil le gestionnaire de la location Lamentable! Rien ne vous est expliqué....avant l'arrivée communication Principalement en anglais (pour nous français super!)2 jours avant toujours pas de code pour accéder ils avaient oublié. Par contre une caution énorme avant la location d'où le manque de retour de tout ce qui ne va pas .Il a fallu que je contacte Abritel pour des renseignements complémentaires tant la communication est désastreuse Plus jamais Merveil Dommage pour le propriétaire.

Un appartement au charme indéniable dans un quartier très agréable

Un petit cocon au coeur de Paris. Quelques petits détails baroques sur les installations qui nous ont amusées parce qu'elles donnent à cet appartement à la décoration classique un petit côté décalé. Merci !

Appartement incontournable à louer entre amis. Sejour parisien tres agréable

L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Il est tres agreable, calme car dans une ruelle sans voitures. Il etait parfaitement propre. Le metro est a 5 min a pied. La literie est tres agreable. Le rapport qualité-prix de cet appartement est du coup tres bon. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement qui offre un hebergement entre amis des plus agreables. La societe Merveil qui le loue est tres disponible pour repondre a nos interrogations car le check-in se fait via un site avec photos et le check-out idem.
