Newly renovated apartment in a traditional building that combines the aesthetics of old Athens with the comforts of the modern era. The combination of stone and wood, the high quality of materials as well as the access to the inner courtyard (common space), make it a unique option where the guest can get a taste of old Athens and live like a local.
It is located in the center of the city (region Exarchia) in a quiet pedestrian street, next to the largest park (Field of Areos) and the archaeological museum. There is also a terrace in the building available for guests. In the neighborhoud you can find bakeries, markets, bars and restaurants.

Why they chose this property

One of the last areas with unique character. You can see artists, actors, theatres, lawyers, authors, and people with political opinions gather in exarchia. Its a place you can stay as a local.

What makes this property unique

Its a heritage of my grand-grand father. He lived here in 1907. I was the one to rennovate this building on the 2022 and tried to maintain its traditiona architect details. This house was established as a "traditional culture athenian house" on the 1992 by law because of its unique yard, balcony and paintings.
