We are a family run business offering a range of holiday apartments along the beautiful coast of Tuscany. Oasis is a stone throw from the medieval town of Campiglia Marittima, surrounded by 3 hectares of beautiful natural park with typical Mediterranean vegetation and age-old cork trees. Our self contained apartments are suitable for families, couples and your beloved 4-legged friends, or those seeking peace and tranquility. We have a large swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, barbecue facilities and private parking for our guests. Trekking and cycling are highly recommended activities in the beautiful Tuscan hills nearby, alternatively you can head to the local sandy beaches and soak up some sun. Come and stay with us, we look forward to seeing you for an unforgettable holiday.
We offer a variety of 2-room apartments, the majority with private entrance and a fenced outside area.
Bedroom with double bed + single bed, bathroom, living room with sofabed and open plan kitchen and outside area with private table and chairs, umbrella and lounge chairs. All outside areas are fenced and ideal for dogs. (sleeps max 5, 48-50 sq m)

Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast bei Stefano. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Appartments sind mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Ferienanlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Anlage und die Lage in den Pinienwälder ist traumhaft schön. Das sehenswerte Örtchen Campiglia Maritima ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Hier findet man Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen und einigen Läden. Öffentliche Sandstrände sind in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Ebenso das ein oder andere sehenswerte Städtchen. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Great location and setting

The setting was lovely and the pool very clean. The property itself was fine but needs brighter internal lighting. I thought the charge of 6 euro to use a washing machine expensive.

L'endroit porte très bien son nom la propriété perdue dans la nature verte et luxuriante est une vraie oasis ! Les déplacements sont aisés car proche de tout; commerces, restaurants, plage, etc. ainsi que du joli village de Campiglia où on peut se rendre à pied. Super contact avec les responsables ! Un soggiorno tranquillo in un posto calmo e in piena natura toscana. Stefano e Alessando, grazie per la vostra accoglienza e gentilezza, come anche per i vostri consigli sulle visite da non perdere in Toscana. Eravamo come a casa! Piscina pulita ogni mattina, giardino bellissimo, vista sulle montagne... Torneremo!! Punti da migliorare : acqua troppo fredda per la doccia... anche aspettando 10 minuti 😉; e TV abbastanza piccola. Havre de paix dans une région magnifique

Quel belle expérience pour nous. Fini les hôtels et camping avec animations jusqu’à pas d'heure. Stefano et Alessandro vous accueillent dans de belles appartements au style local, autour d'une piscine entretenu avec soin pour passer un moment inoubliable dans un petit coin de paradis. Si vous aimez prendre votre petit café tranquillement sur votre terrasse avec vu sur les cyprès en regardant les hirondelles piquer dans la piscine, cet établissement sera votre choix. Nous avons aimé que les enfants se retrouvaient spontanément dans la piscine et autour de la table de ping-pong, que le barbecue mise a disposition réunisse les habitant, que Alessandro nous donne les bonnes adresses pour goûter le vin et sortir des sentiers battus. Nous avons trouvé la résidence parfaitement placé pour visiter les sites historique, les vignobles et les plages tout en restant à l'écart de la foule. Nous recommandrons avec plaisir Oasis, la toscane et nos hôtes autour de nous.

pool area was very nice but the apartment was dark, dingy and very basicly equipped.

The owner and staff were very friendly. A car is necessary to visit surrounding area. Nice beaches nearby. Shame that the apartment was way below expected standards.

We did not expect a 3 star review from Mrs. Wynrae .. we waited them until midnight on arrival, assisted every day of the week for everything and always talked for a long time together in friendship....maybe is why she made an Anonymous Review because she was shy. The apartment is very nice equipped with everything for a comfortable holiday, was dark because they did not open the shutter and did not remove the mosquito-net that previous customers had put also if we don't have mosquitos. Anyway we try to improve always and have Mrs.Wynrae again as a guest.

Tolle Anlage, gute Lage und freundliche Gastgeber

Wir haben wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Schöne Strände in 10 - 25 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Kleine Ortschaft mit leckerer Eisdiele in Gehdistanz. Unterkunft ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Für 5 Personen eher etwas klein, wir würden das nächste Mal eine grössere Wohnung auf der Anlage buchen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wunderschöne Lage, herrlicher Pool, saubere Zimmer, nette Vermieter und das in mitten der Toscana zu einem ausgesprochen guten Preis. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig und umgeben von Wald. Campiglia Marritima kann man in 10min zu Fuß erreichen. Hier gibt es einen Supermarkt und das historische Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Strand ist in 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Naturbelassen und nicht überlaufen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden mit unseren Kindern auch im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Highly recommended

I have been to residence oasis twice now and had a brilliant stay on both occasions. The residence is perfect if you want a peaceful and relaxing time and enjoy all the great things the toscan region has to offer. Whilst I would highly recommend that you bring a car with you, there are nice walks around too, I have great memories of our walks to the quirky nearby town/village called campiglia. The apartments we stayed in were clean and arranged with taste. What I particularly like (unfortunately rarely see in other residences I have been to) is that villas feel really separate from each other, entrances are not all facing the same way like in many other residences, it feels more private. Also, the swimming pool is clean and relatively big and not overcrowded at all. It was quite easy to have the whole pool for ourselves on numerous occasions. The owners were really accommodating and respectful of our privacy.
