Designed across three generous floors, this home combines modern interiors with thoughtful touches throughout. The ground floor includes two well-sized double bedrooms, each designed for comfort, alongside a sleek family bathroom and additional guest WC.

Upstairs, the first floor opens into a striking open-plan living and dining space, bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. A large dining table invites shared meals, while the adjoining lounge is perfect for relaxed evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully appointed, with a large central island and built-in appliances to suit every level of culinary ambition.

On the second floor, the tranquil master suite offers a king-size bed, generous built-in wardrobes, an en-suite shower room, and direct access to a private terrace – ideal for soaking up the sun on warmer days.

The home also includes a private off-street parking bay for one car – a rare convenience in this part of London.

Your Neighbourhood
You're within a private gated development, offering peace and security while remaining brilliantly connected to West London's vibrant neighbourhoods. The independent cafés, restaurants, and boutiques of Kilburn Lane and Salusbury Road are within easy reach, while Queen's Park, Maida Vale, and Notting Hill offer even more to discover.

Transport connections are excellent. Queen's Park station (Bakerloo and Overground lines) and Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City line) connect you directly to central London, making commuting or exploring refreshingly straightforward.

We Love
That private terrace off the master suite is a genuine treat – perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. The open-plan first floor with floor-to-ceiling windows creates a wonderfully light and sociable space, while the central island kitchen makes hosting a pleasure. And private parking in West London? That's genuinely valuable.

This is a three-floor home with stairs throughout. Private off-street parking for one car is included.
