Luxury apartment in the centre of Como with balcony on the biggest square on the lake.
This air-conditioned apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathroom both one with large shower, and 2 separate bedroom with king beds. It includes free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen satellite TV. In the apartment there is a washing and dryer machine. The balcony watches on Square Cavour on the lake and Square Peretta in the city centre. All the most important attractions are walking distance from the apartment.

The city tax is €3 per guest per night, for guests over 14 years old and only for the first 4 nights. We will require the tax at check in.

The Location
You are viewing a spacious and modern apartment. The furniture has been chosen so that guests can feel at home and have all the comforts that make them feel at ease. An elevator has been built for guests. All apartments are equipped with free fiber optic WI-FI, a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The apartments provide for the free supply of sheets, duvets, towels and in some large multilingual libraries. The building is located in a quiet street and has soundproofed windows.
In our apartments we consider it important to provide not only a friendly environment, where one can feel at home, but also to provide all the information for daily life (shops, restaurants, supermarkets, markets), on what to see (architectural beauties, panoramic) and best ways and times to reach them, without ever invading privacy, which we believe is a precious asset.
If you don't have information about the place or time to look for it, we can plan with you which privileged visits, where to find a nearby parking space, locate a good hairdresser, a good restaurant, a quality Happy Hours, a place of entertainment or an exciting show ... up to an evening at the Casino.
Ours is also a perfect location for SINGLES, if they are looking for a place to spend a comfortable stay, to enhance their individuality, to discover our wonderful landscape.
We want to be very attentive to the safety of our guests. Each apartment has a security door, none of which open onto the street, none on the ground floor. We are located in the historic center, a safe place day and night but we are also at your disposal to make not only your stay peaceful and secure, but also your transfers and your trips, from booking a taxi to discovering the places characteristic of the city with a professional guide up to planning with you what to see during your stay. The whole central district is a pedestrian area and therefore you can safely walk with your children

We are facilitated by being in the heart of the city. Whatever you're looking for, you can find it no more than 5 minutes from your apartment. You are 1 minute walk from the cathedral, 4 from the lakefront and 5 from the main museums. Nearby you can find almost all the best restaurants and cafes in Como less than 100 meters away are a 4-storey department store (Coin) and a food supermarket ( carrefour ), a bakery, 2 pastry shops and three take away pizzerias . Taxi stand is 150 meters away. Eight banks can be found in the area.
