Villa Ilona is a modern villa situated in one of the best areas of Talamanca in the direction of Can Pep Simó, only 5-minute drive from Ibiza center and a bit less from the Pacha club, Destino, Lio and Talamanca Beach. It is also near Jesús, where you can find all types of amenities, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, shops, etc.
The property is really beautiful, it is very bright with a predominance of white color and it offers breath-taking sea views and of Dalt Vila and Formentera.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This villa is newly built, it develops on three levels and it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms (5 en-suite and 2 guest bathrooms).
On the ground floor, you find a large entrance / lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with bar, a terrace, 1 guest bathroom, 2 double rooms, one has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other room has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub.
On the second floor, there are one ample master bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and a small private terrace. Then there are: a guest bathroom and a large living / dining room with direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a fixed "Bose" sound system and another portable "Bowers & Wilkins" blue-tooth connection, television, fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, laundry room.
Furthermore, there is a large terrace with outdoor lounge, summer dining room equipped with a gas barbecue and sink.
On the third floor, there is only one master bedroom with queen size bed, safe, TV, en-suite bathroom (with tub and shower) and a private own large terrace, with outdoor lounge and an amazing sea view.
This layout ensures guests with plenty of privacy.
The pool area has a terrace, the pool (9 x 5 m), bar, hammocks and a large umbrella. This area has also an ample space whit natural shadow.
Finally, the villa has a private garage whit space for 4 cars.
