Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and during months.

The stay in this apartment will be ideal, because the accommodation is of great quality and has been equipped and decorated with great taste and care.
Located on the 6th floor of this building with an elevator, a 35 square metre apartment with capacity for 4 people distributed in a bedroom, living room, a terrace and a complete bathroom with a shower. This apartment stands out for its great comfort. The magnificent and well-distributed living room has a dining area and a rest area with two comfortable individual sofa beds and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc. accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window.
The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped with everything necessary and has a glass door that leads to the jewel of the apartment - the terrace with views of the neighbourhood. The room is spacious and cosy, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, it also has direct access to the terrace. The bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
