Ce grand condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain entiÚrement équipé est parfait pour votre prochaine visite à Chicago! Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, que vous soyez un voyageur d'affaires ou que vous souhaitiez simplement profiter de la ville.

AccÚs invité:

Les clients auront le condo 2 lits 2 salles de bain et une place de parking fermĂ©e pour eux-mĂȘmes. Il y a un lit queen dans chaque chambre et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon, ce qui est assez confortable. La salle de bain est Ă©quipĂ©e de shampoing, de savon et de dentifrice si vous en avez besoin. Les draps et les serviettes sont bien sĂ»r Ă©galement fournis.

L'espace et les éléments à noter:

1. Le condo est situé sur un joli bloc calme dans le quartier Little Italy / UIC. Le centre de la ville, West Loop, River North et de nombreuses autres destinations sont à proximité et sont facilement accessibles en transports en commun ou en Uber / Lyft / Cab.
2. Le condo est livré avec accÚs à une place de parking fermée. Il y a aussi beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue si vous avez besoin d'une deuxiÚme place.
3. Chaque chambre dispose d'au moins 1 meuble sur mesure.
4. Si vous cherchez à cuisiner, la cuisine est bien équipée. J'aime cuisiner et je me suis assuré qu'il avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin.
5. Il y a un Amazon Echo, que vous pouvez appeler Alexa, pour vous divertir pendant votre séjour. Demandez-lui la météo, jouer de la musique, régler une alarme ....

Le condo est situĂ© dans la zone Little Italy / UIC juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Illinois Medical District. L'arrĂȘt Western Blue Line est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied et la Willis / Sears Tower, le centre de la ville, est Ă  5 km directement Ă  l'est. Le cƓur de la boucle ouest, qui regorge de restaurants et de bars, est Ă  moins de 3,2 km et peut ĂȘtre atteint en 3 arrĂȘts de train rapides ou en 8 minutes en Uber. Les restaurants et bars de la rue Taylor sont encore plus proches.

We loved staying here! It was very clean and well taken care of. It was perfectly described in the listing. I really appreciated the gated parking lot. I felt very safe here with my family. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Great communication with the owners. Will definitely stay here again next trip.

Chicago visit.

Excellent property in cleanliness and only 1 1/2 blocks to the Blue Line to downtown Chicago. We had our own off-street parking space and it was close to neighborhood stores and restaurants. Great experience!

Birthday celebration weekend in Chicago

We rented this vacation home for a girls’ weekend in Chicago and truly enjoyed staying there. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was taxi drivers would not drop us at the rear alley entrance to the building (the entrance we were instructed to use) citing ‘safety concerns’, so we would have to walk around the building to get to the rear entrance. We never felt threatened while staying there so I’m not sure where they were coming from. All in all we would not hesitate to reserve this same property if we decide to do another Chicago weekend!

Beautifully remodeled apartment

We stayed in Unit 3 and it is a beautiful apartment with high ceilings and every amenity we needed for a good stay. The owner has provided a complete kitchen of items that make cooking at "home" easy and convenient. If stairs don't work well for you, or your prefer a softer bed, then use caution. The shower is absolutely STUNNING, and the hot water lasted forever. the gated parking is a small lot, so a smaller vehicle works best, and being comfortable backing in to a parking spot will make getting out of the gated lot much easier. There is a dog park and playground out back and it was fun watching the kids and the dogs enjoy the sunshine. Some noise from the neighbors above, and the neighbor below smokes outside on the landing. Easy access to pharmacies and grocery stores, and Door Dash and Uber had no problem finding the building. Great proximity to 290, which made getting to downtown, the museums and other attractions easy. Owners are quickly responsive to questions.

Family time

This is a very nice property, very clean upon entering. Was very surprised to find that it was three flights up, did not see that anywhere in the listing. For seniors traveling it made it a bit difficult but we managed. The second bedroom was sparsely furnished and very small, it could have used a little more furniture to be able to access the suitcases from somewhere other than the floor. Also, the second bathroom tub was very slippery and could use a bathmat in the shower. Our home is not in the city, so we had to get used to some of the city noises at night, not too bad just more than we used to.

Very Comfortable

Impressed with the comfort and quality of the entire unit and main bedroom. Bedside lights, small desk with mirror, very nice bathroom and shower. Kitchen is well-equipped and living room sofa is extra deep. There are two full flights with landings at the back of the unit. Initially a pain, but then we adapted. Close to UIC and Rush Hospital. Some, but not a lot of dining or shopping options within walking distance. But immediate area is nice and the included parking spot is a big plus.

Quiet and Close to the Trains

Blue line train just a short walk away. Was also able to walk to favorites like Chick fil a. Nighttime was quiet, which we really appreciated. Everything was as expected.

Chi town

Nice, reasonably quiet. Cozy and modern! Bed was too firm for us but you can not please every one. Host was very attentative and answered our questions promptly. There are 3 flights of stairs to get up to the property, so if that is difficult for you avoid this. It wasnt a problem for us. We really appreciated the off street parking. Nice place. Would stay here again.

I bought this property because I really like the location. The property is situated on a quiet, peaceful block that is mostly void of city noise. This is rare to find so close to downtown. Also public transportation is a few steps away making it easy to access everything Chicago as to offer.
