The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional 45 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the third floor. The building has a lift that stops at each mezzanine, you will have to navigate some steps to reach your accommodation.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a low ceiling and a beautiful attic typical of the construction of the centre of Madrid with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, a portable fan and an electric heater.

The living room has a split air conditioning unit strategically placed to distribute cold and heat to the living room and bedroom. It also has a comfortable sofa bed for two people and TV.

You have a modern and spacious 1 bathroom with a shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; use it responsibly for it to work properly.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

You will find a dining area for 4 people.

Free wireless WIFI network.

Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.
